When UNKNOWN CALLER appears on my id I either ignore it (and never are any messages left) or answer it and say "I DO NOT TALK TO UNKNOWN CALLERS." or answer and immdiately hang up.
this paticular time I answered and there was a delay in answering once I said hello so I hung up and called the number back and no one answered. hmmm......
