You are getting these calls because you owe someone somewhere money!  Pay your debts and you won't hear from this number...

I got a call from this number too. I didnt pick up, but they texted me...how did they know it was a cell?

This guy threatened my wife said that he was coming to our house to collect a debt that we were not aware of. This guy is rude and very sly he claims that the calls are recorded,however when you ask him to listen to his recorded calls they quickly are not available
I do not know how Trans World allows this guy to be employed after he has harrassed honest people for his own pleasure It is very odd that he has not been charged. Ken Eissing really needs to evaluate his employees better he is the VP maybe to high up there to know exactly whats happening

Irate caller claiming to be from debt collecting company.  Claims he has called and sent letters many times and will take further action on this matter and had to end of day to clear it up or will take further action.  I called the company he said I had debt with and asked if they had sent me to collections they said no.

They think this company is a scam.

this person called my job from this number 248-203-6133. my question is, how did they get my works phone number. the guy was really rude and threatened me. i told him i wasn't aware of the debt he said i have. i told him i would look into it to find out what the debt was about, were it came from and why. He threatened me saying that if by 5oclock that evening i didn't pay the balance he was going to prosecute. Again he called next morning asking for a check number or card number, i told him i was in the proses of getting informed wat the debt was about(i think im not alone on this wen i say,no one would agree to pay a large amount of money with out any knowledge about this debt. without knowing the reason why we owe this money) so he raised his voice at me and once again threaten me. he said he would give me till noon that day to call in with a check number or card number to make the payment or he would proceed to prosecute against me,and hung up on me.I am very frightened about all this cuz idk whats going on!!. why do i have that debt and hes threatening me and stalking me by calling me at my job and dialing private on my phone! is their any number or something that i can go to for help?

A "Ken Garmo" called once with a Transworld Systems Caller ID; he is threatening, obnoxious, and inappropriate. He now calls with a private name and number Caller ID- his voice is very recognizable- he has asked for a check number. We are recording all of our calls now and reporting him to the police for harrassment.

At 8am eastern time, I received yet another msg on my answering machine from the phone number (248) 203-6039; which came up as TranWorld Sys.  Once again they went through the whole "this is an attempt to collect a debt" litany; and I finally picked up the phone- the person they have been calling for has not lived here for at least 3 months, b/c that'[s how long I have been here.  Yet every other day, i get a call from this place at the crack of dawn or the end of the night.  
So i picked up the phone, and I said to this guy, I'm sorry, but you guys don't have the right number.  This kid says to me, then i need to speak with mike.  i said, you have the wrong number; there's no erin, there's no mike, and you've left about a hundred msgs for them.  Then this kid proceeds to tell me that no, this must be erin or mike, b/c my nu8mber is registered ot them- which is complete bs, since my number is registered in my name, and it's unlinisted~ i've put it on the national do not call list.

However, this kid continues to tell me i'm lying, i'm her, etc etc.  Now- what really annoys me about these people is that I worked for both Trans Union the credit report agency, and then moved to NCO, which was originally a branch of theirs.  While i worked as a debt collector for over 6 years with NCO, i was certified by the FDCPA; so i know most of the rules and regulations~ particularly the ones that say you can't harrass a customer, call them a liar, or continue calling once you've been told this is the wrong number.  So i tell the kid iu want to talk to a supervidor, but he says no, he wasn't doing that, and he has all day to sit on the phone with me.  I tell him by law he is required to put his supervidor on th ephone; he says he['s not (he is, trust me); and then i mention that the law is still not completley changed, and that leaving msgs on answering machines is still a questionable act, since even though they state it should only be listened to if it's the persona they are calling for, it does not guaruntee that they are the only person who is- while they are working ot change that law, there still are court cases that have been won in favour of the debtor, b/c their debt is considered a private matter; and these collectors have no clue if they are calling a job, home or family/.friend, who, if they heard this, could potentially end up causing some kind of problem as a result of.  
SO this kid and i o around, he won't put the supervidor on, finally he hangs up on me.  SO i call right back, he won't pick up; finally he picks up and gives a different name- first time it was josh, the second time it was tyler- and pretends he's someone else, and that unless i give him my last name he can't help me.  i told him i wan't giving him my last name, since it wasn't relevant, etc etc- the kid hangs up.  So i go online, look this place up- and lo and behold, look what I find, tons of similar complaints.
I called another extention there and talked to someone named ken garmo 9by the way, nine times out of ten, these are aliases, which the collections agency encourages the collectors to use b/c of personal safety- so ken garmo swears he's a supervidor (i assure you he's not; he's probably sitting on the auto dialer next to his 18 year old high school drop out buddy "tyler/Josh".  Swears he'll put my number on the do not call list, etc etc.  
Oh- and this is the best part- this tyler kid, tells me that transworld owns NCO, and that NCO is no longer called national collection offices, which is hysterical, since i worked there for several years and still hang out with my bosses from there.  
I'm so tired of these little kids getting cake jobs where they harrass people all day.  And i'm not even the person with debt!  It just amazes me that 1) people are so blatently not doing their job- obviously, no one is monitoring these kid's calls, or else they are and they're just as worthless, b/c these people ARE BREAKING THE LAW; and 2) i'm amazed that people can be so cruel- i mean, whoever this poor couple is, obviously they have bills; but wtf?  DO they deserve to be treated like this?  Hell no!  Half the city is out of work right now; there but for the grace of god go i, you know?  
SO people- PLEASE if this continues happening to you- write a letter, file a complaint for harrassment, go online and read up on your rights, b/c these people are breaking the law!!!!!  If you have a legit debt with them, you can probably take them to court for this!

Apparently, this guy works for "Credit Management Services".  Called me once, gave me a reference number, found out it was for someone else with my name living in a different state with a different SSN.  We'll see if the calls stop.  Number showed as 248-203-6130, and I was told to call 248-203-6131.

This man is a pervert! He scares me, He'll call any and all hours of the night! I'm very frightened of this man! I purchased a gun recently and I'm am taking self defence classes regularly!

This person won't identify himself, the voice is always the same. On several occasions he left threats on my voicemail, he gets vulger on the phone with me. I'm not sure what these calls are about.
