This number came up with an ID of (801) 214-9297.  My caller ID appeared as (248) 327-3175.  If you research the (801) area code number you will find that the number has been used for supposed political calls and phishing.  My personal opinion is that the Do Not Call registry never works and don't answer any numbers you do not know.  If it is/was important or real someone/company would/will leave a message.  Just my humble opinion.  Hope this helps.  Have a great day!

They just keep calling  and calling and calling.  Very annoying.  A survey. They don't want my opinion.

The company is Venture Data Research. They take phone surveys. Since they are not soliciting, the National Do Not Call list doesn't apply to their business. If you would like to have a phone number removed from the Venture Data Research internal call list, go to their web site:

They keep calling me 3x per day.  I do not answer calls from unidentified sources.  They never honor my voice-mail greeting, which advises callers to state their name, state their callback number, and state their business with me.  Callers who fail to leave a voice mail, get added to my Strange list.  I quickly forward such callers to voice-mail for ALL subsequent call attempts.  I am registered on the National Do Not Call List.  These people are relentless.  You'd figure they will count the number of unsuccessful contact attempts, and eventually drop you from their list - but no, they are too greedy and stupid.  My time is valuable.  Don't let these people bother you or waste your time.
