While many of the calls from this number may be SPAM, mine was actually a customer satisfaction survey regarding Florida Blue (Blue Cross). I am a subscriber to Florida Blue Cross, and have utilized physicians recently. It is true that I didn't answer the call, since I didn't recognize the number, but they left a detailed and very courteous message.
This was actually a legitimate call, folks . . . I know, me too. I'm shocked.

I do have Blue Cross Blue Shield, and I am not on workers comp. They are doing customer service surveys. They also sent three of them in the mail. Relentless, and annoying.

This company Morpace calls to ask to do surveys.  I have tracked down a number to call to contact them back since the number that shows up on caller ID receives  no calls or is always busy. You can call 248-737-5300 and ask for extension 210 or someone who can remove you from their database.

I have gotten two calls so far, one I ignored the second one they hung up right up after I said hello

I have received several calls from this number.  I have my land phone and cell phone in the opt-out program and should not be receiving these calls.

keep getting calls from this number several times a day.  Caller ID does not show Blue Cross and Blue Shield who I am told does not do phone calls but rather sends you info by mail.  The person who called was a foreigner from Michigan,  I do not even have insurance in that state.  Another scam in the making???

Received calls from this "unknown" number almost daily. This person is calling a business number and we are not supposed to take solicitation debt collector type calls. There is no message left when from this person that is calling. So if this person gets to read this complaint - stop calling.

Called in evening two days in a row.  Does not leave a message.  Today's call at 10:12 pm Eastern.  This is to my cell phone, which is really annoying.

I have received 2 calls today from this number after not hearing from them for a couple of weeks....no one on the line when I answer....As I am on the do not call list and have reported this number before I don't understand why they continue to call. I would like it stopped.

I just got a call from this MORPACE company saying the were representing Blue Cross/Blue Shield/FEP Blue, told them to remove my number from their call list and to not call back and they immediately hung up, I called Blue Cross and they are saying they have no record of this company representing them.  DO NOT answer any of their questions without first confirming with BC/BS!  BC/BS is going to look into this company probably using their name fraudulently.

You are not very well educated on the Do Not Call law. This is a market research company.  Unless they attempt to sell you goods or services with a bogus survey, no law has been broken.

As both my home phone and cell phone are on the Do Not Call List, I shouldn't have to ask to be removed from their list.  They are in violation of the law.

Thanks for the info.  I told them I was on the do not call registry but since they are market research, it doesn't apply to them.  They removed my number so thank you for the information.

How do I stop this place from calling me 3-4 times a day? They do not,leave a message. I am not well and find this quite annoying.

It is a survey for federal employee insurance companies. Asked a few non-invasive questions about satisfaction, ages, etc.

Got 2 calls in 1 week; called the # above 248-737-5300 and asked to speak to someone who could remove my name from their database (I was getting calls on my cell); they were polite and said it would be removed at the end of the day and were very nice about it. I was on the phone w/ them for less than 1 minute total.

Has been calling me regularly but doesn't leave message when I don't answer.  I have now blocked them.  I have nothing to do with anyone who doesn't give either a personal or company name as the caller id.  I love my digital phone!

I've been getting calls from this number 248-406-1461 and no messages left.  I read the posts and called the number #248-737-5300 and was transfered to the phone room.  I probably should have gotten the lady's name but she was pleasant, gave her the number and crossing my fingers it works.  Thanks for the tip!

i just thought about it these different calls of 845,248,971 etc. did not start until I signed on to for the 5000 a wk sweepstakes to (pch) publisher clearing house, after being on this website my computer gets slow, when I leave this website I always run a cleaning scan with viper, anyone experience this too. 11/29/12

Here are the principals of the company as per CASRO.org  I am sure with some research threir home numbers could be found in Michigan. Maybe they would like people to call them and do a survey.

Caller claimed to be from Blue Cross; however the ID displayed "Unavailable".  They attempted to obtain personal information under the pretense of a customer satisfaction survey.

It may be an auto-dialer looking to establish working telephone numbers for marketing purposes. All information has value.

This is not a scam company- have been called often to do PAID research studies. Can usually go twice a year maybe 3 & the money is VERY good; try it first before you start saying false things about them
