I got a call from the same area code (248, near Detroit Michigan) but the number is different 419-4022. I've came close to getting scammed using similar approaches in last two weeks so I'm suspicious of these type of calls. I'm not sure if this particular number/call is legit but Ever Home is based in Jacksonville Florida so be careful when you talk to them.

My mortgage is through everhome, so I called back. AS I did, I surfed the everhome site and noted that the phone number was not the same. I should have caught on when the message did not include a reason for the call!

Everhome Mortgage Company sales representative looking to offer new options for lowering mortgage rates.  If you try to call them back on this number, it does not pick up.
