My employer deals with Dell Financial.  These idiots call the office two weeks before a payment is due, just to make sure they'll get paid on time.  If I don't answer, they will call every hour, all day.  I am so sick of them!

Dell financial is complete idiots and a real pain. they call before the payment is due and even if you are late on a balance of $1.00 they call 1 after another and leave no message!! I have answered the calls and then a computer tells me to hold the line while my call is being connected so most of the time there is not even a live person calling. I love the product but hate the financial end of the company!!!

I receive a call from dell financial every single day- 3 or 4 times a day. I dont even have an account with them. The previous owner of my cell number did, and they always ask for him. This has been going on for months, I've told them that this is my number now and ask them to please stop calling, and the retarded always stay tell me they will, but they never fail to call. This is driving me crazy! They wake me up every morning! Help!!!!!!

i get a call from this number and dont hear a single sound.  I get these blank calls several times a day...time waster!!!!! I have better things to do at work than answer blank calls.

I get calls from this number almost everyday. They call one after another probably 5 to 6 times a day. When I answer there is nothing on the other line. When I try to call back I get that annoying message that says "We're sorry but the international number that you are trying to call is unavailable." They never leave a message. It makes my phone ring during class. Very creepy, very annoying. Anyone know what the little plus sign on the number means? the number sometimes shows up without the +32.

This number calls constantly and i mean one right after another and another.  I know its Dell financial and my bill is up to date.  I am sick of dealing with this constant annoyance!  These a**holes need to be sued for harrassment!

We don't owe Dell anything but we keep receiving 12-15 calls a day to our business from 899-667-9887. When you answer the phone, no one responds and then it hangs up. I don't sit next to the a caller ID source. I have had to interupt important business calls to answer the phone, only to receive these HARASSING calls. I came here to see who it is. I will say it is another strike against Dell. I will never buy another computer from them again.

This number contacted our office today, a Saturday, which was not during normal office hours; however, our phones are answered 24/7 due to the nature of our business.  It was during this time that I received two phone calls from this number (the second time it appeared as +448006679887).  I wasnt able to answer the call in time.  When I tried to return the phone call, I received a message machine.  The machine did not identify the name of the company, only stated "our hours are 9am to 6:30 pm EST.  Please call back then, or to leave a message press 1."  The voice was female and did have an accent.  Something sounds a little shady to me.

We keep getting countless calls every day from this number. How do we get this stopped??

call originally went silent and after i repeatedly asked who was there, a female voice said  "accounts payable" and then hung up.  Unless you have verified beyond a shadow of a doubt, I would never recommend ever paying anything over the phone.   I am on the "Do Not Call" list, so I will pursue with the FCC and FTC on these dweebs.

This is a callcenter for DELL FINANCIAL...if you are one day past the due date on your lease, or any payment they will call you non stop until they bill is received. I get it all the time...I will pay the bill, by the time it gets to Dell, is processed, etc...one day late hits their system.  If you get the call, and have made payment it will go away...just ignore it.

We have received calls from this #, and we DO have an open account with Dell.  Because of reading all this info we will never make a payment with Dell over the phone again.  Maybe we did already.  
But once this account is paid off, we won't Ever buy something from Dell again.  They have not always treated me well or provided excellent services. I can't stand talking to them, you can hardly understand anything they say.

Sounds like a Phone Conspiracy to me.

This 8006679887 number calls around 4 times per hour at my place of business. There is never a person to speak with just an empty line or a computer that hangs up. This is very annoying for a business. The phone company told me I could block the call for around $20-30 per month.
Has anyone figured out a way to make them stop calling.
Any tips would be appreciated.

A phone # 1-800-667-9887 keeps calling my business telling me I need to pay 35$ on my account to avoid a $30 late fee. They only accept payments via check by phone; which seems really suspicious. When I asked for a # I could call the man back at he hung up on me. When I called the # back it goes directly to a call center in India! I can't believe Dell hasn't done something about this scam company ruining their name.

We have had this number1-800-667-9887 call us numerous times. They demanded $3,000 from us for a Dell account they stated was past due. We have no Dell account but I had purchased a Dell computer a few months back but is was paid in full. I contacted Dell and they stated they had not called and I did not owe them money. If you are called by this number do not give them any information or any money it is a SCAM.

If you get a phone call from someone claiming to be Dell Financial Services, and the # is 1-800-667-9887, you should hang up and verify your account with the Dell Financial Services office 1-888-560-8324. I believe that this is a scam (1-800-667-9887) from someone not actually working for Dell FS. They gave me a fraudulent account # and wrong amount due. I regret that I didn't verify the integrity of this call until after I gave them $87. Darn!

I called Dell (1-888-560-8324) and verified that my account was paid up months ago. Dell Computers and Dell Financial Services has always treated me well and provided excellent services. I plan to order a Dell the next time I need a computer.

We also have an up to date bill with Dell and you are right, it is one call after another & last week-end it was 8 calls before a human came on the line.  They are calling from New Delhi, India and seem to be pretty ignorant of United States laws.  They were told one more call & we would seek legal advice.  The bill is up to date, what more do they want?
