Got a call from this number in NJ.  248-996-1900.  We do not pick up for unknown or not available callers.  The number is listed in the caller ID and with "Michigan" as the caller.

This is a fake charity that is always changing who/what they are collecting for! If they get your number, they'll never leave you alone! It's been years since I started getting these calls and no amount of telling them that it is a wrong number will make them stop calling and asking for this fictitious person they ask for! They also have several phone numbers for this same fake charity!

See it on Caller ID yet number is just "fast busy".
