Unsolicited call to a cell phone regarding a satellite TV offering through Dish Network.

Unsolicited call on my cell phone...didn't answer...never do if I don't recognize number

Got a call from this number.  Called it back and it said the number had been disconnected.  However, I think that it may have been a phony recording of that standard message.

i got a call from this number and it was about home owner inc and i waited on the line and i asked him to please not call me anymore i do not own a home and this was it 9:11 at night and he said to f*** off!!! this is crazy and has to stop

This number called me twice last night.  Left no message.  I called it back this morning and got a recording that it was disconnected.
