Called stating that they were from my telephone company, Fairpoint.  My telephone bill that is current and not due.  When I told "Brandon" that the caller ID said it was NCO Group he said "it will say that" and suggested I call the number back when I would not give him any further information and demanded more information from HIM.  
I do not know who these people think they are or what they are doing but it reeks of a scam.

Yeah this number called....251-662-1911.  It's a b***s*** number....many different companies use this name.  Debt Collection at it's finest...NOT!!!  They are trying to get money and info from you....if you REALLY have debt, deal with the original people you owe....not these f****ards....

Caller ask for me by name and when she realized I was not going to provide any further information until I knew who she was she ID herself as Cynthia Griffin.   She would not tell me anything until I verified who I was, which I declined to do.  She said she worked for NCO.  I believe this was an attempt to scam.

They are trying to collect a hospital bill that the insurance settled with the Hospital. I am soooo mad I could rip someones neck off. The lady was rude and ignorant and threatened further action so I said O.K. I want to sue these people for harassment and fraud. I cant even remember the name of the company. When I tried calling the number back there is a busy signal after about 50 rings. My insurance told me I did not owe a dime that this had been settled.

Got a call from this number which I didn't recognize from my called-i.d. so I didn't answer & they let it ring F-O-R-E-V-E-R!!!!!!!!!!!!  Glad I found this site to confirm my doubts about this number.  Next time they call I think I'll just turn on my fax machine so they can enjoy the annoying sound of that buzzing noise. ; )

I got a call from this number saying that I owed a debt and they were from NCL financial. I called NCL financial and they claimed they dont have me in their system. I called the number back and to my surprise no answer. He claimed he was Robert Ross and gave me some other 800 number to dial they had all of my information including my social security number!!!!! Someone needs to stop them!!!

A woman called me asking if I was so and so and  I said yes.  She hung up on me immediately.  I called back but no one answered my call.

It is NCL Financial. They called me with an unknown number first and was harrassing me about owing money. When I told them I couldn't do anything they called right back with this number and left a nasty message.

A lady from the number 251-662-1911 called me early this morning and was asking personal information about someone else. I told them notheing and adivse others NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION AT ALL!!!! I tried calling the number back a couple of times and it just kept ringing. I looked up the number and read some of these posts and called 18003031995 and told them to take me off of thier calling list. Person was rude. IT IS A SCAM!!!!

I have received numerous phone calls from this number claiming that I have deliquent medical bills. Untrue.

These IDIOTS called me nonstop, looks like they also use 8664293592 and 8664293591, last straw they called 8 am after a long night, looked around fastest solution I saw, was call the toll free 866 numbers and I told them I wasn't going to stop because I know they have to pay every time someone calls them, I told them the whole f***in COUNTRY'S calling you and they're not going to stop, I called cussed them out, tried to keep them on the line for a long time, after about 6 calls, then on the seventh they didn't answer, it just kept ringing, so I think they got the message and will stop calling, they haven't called in 24 hours, so far so good, good luck to you and bad karma to these SCUMBAGS!!!!!!  they call themselves nco group, nco financial, asset care inc.and probably 50 other bogus names!,      "FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE!!!"

I got a call from 2516621911 earlier today, answered the phone & the lady spoke so fast I could not understand her but stated that my boyfriend owed money & they needed my information so I hung up. & when I tried to call back it just rang for 3 minutes & got no answer. So thankfully I looked online about the number & saw all these post about them. But I did talk to the Company themselves & Patrica was the lady I spoke to & I asked about the 251 # & she said that there #'s they call people are simply blocked numbers so they can not receive calls, so if you want these harassing people to stop calling call 18003031995 or 18007476058, & tell them to take you off their list!! So don't waste your time calling the 2516621911 # like I did. Hah.

I just got a call from this number saying i owed 260 dollars to reliant energy since it was "disconnected"  and i "closed" the acct... the lady acted very surprised when i told her i still had reliant..   she stated that they were a in partner ship with reliant and that they posted with them for 266 dollars from october and that reliant sent me to collections on jan 9th the funny thing is i payed almost 200 dollars on the 2nd!  after i told her that i just sounded like she was fabricating it.. and when i told her i logged on to my act for reliant and told her that it said that i didnt even owe them anything it sounded like she ran out of things to say.. she gave me a call back number of 1-800-303-1995  extension 3040 NCS or NCO is there complany name her name is mrs jones! make sure you call the main company before you give them any sort of info!
