Sorry about the typos.  I meant they told me not to run or hide from them. And they said they cannot give me any information, not can. And they said they know where I work not new.

I got a phone call this morning from this bunch of Indians and they told me not to run or hibecaise de from them because they had my address and new where I work and told me I was going to be arrested because of a loan I failed to pay. They had the routing and account number to my old checking account also the last 4 of my ssn. But as soon as I started pressing them for information about the company they said they can give me any info and immediately hung up. I knew it was a scam because I have paid off all my loans and because they couldn't even tell me an amount that I supposedly owed.  They just yelled at me and told me not to speak to them in my tone of voice.  Damn scam artists.

They called my cell phone, asked for me said they were from the legal department, had my social and where I work, they said that I defaulted on a loan, which is bull. They said they were coming to my work and arresting me today. Well I'm off to work I better watch out for the sheriff. I called the number back and a lady answered and wanted to know who I spoke with. I told her I didn't know his name. These people need to get a life and leave us alone.

they keep calling me at least 5 times a day and leaving me voice message that I need to have my attorney called them ASAP or they are going to have to pick me up at my job and then I would have to pay court cost of 8400.00.. my I could hardly understand them and the phone line was so static you couldn't hardly understand them... I first told him that I was recording this call and he got piss!! he told me that I didn't need to go that far and he hung up on me... haven't heard from them for about 2 weeks and now they are calling me again...

I got a call from this number.. Told me that he was with the legal office in Washington and that I will be subpoenad and I will have to go to court tomorrow at 1130

THIS EXACT SAME MESSAGE WAS ON MY MACHINE...DID NOT EVEN LEAVE A NAME JUST A NUMBER AND THE SAME CREEPY IF YOU DONT GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN WATCHING WHAT UNFOLDS FROM THERE?  WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE DID THEY LEAVE YOU ALONE?  DID THEY TURN OUT TO BE BOGUS?

got this call in which the guy said my name and that either i or my attorney should call him back.  He didnt say where he was calling from or why or what he wants...he said if i didnt call him back i can sit back and watch the reprocussions unfold?  bit threatening when i dont even know who it is! on top of that its a majic jack number?

They called me 2day threaten me leaving a voice mail sayn i owed some payday loan even though never had 1 and havent applied for one and then when i called bk a lady called i could barely hear her it was staticy

Received calls from this number & 253-235-2502 saying they were from the "legal department".  First call was from the 2271 number and left a voicemail from "Tammy Brown" stating I or my attorney needed to contact them immediately - do not ignore this call - or all she can say is "Good Luck to you"  After I received that call, I waited a bit & decided to try to call back but got voicemail.  I did not leave a message but within 3 minutes, Ms Brown was calling me back.  She again stated she was from the "legal department" and really did not offer much information.  When I pressed her to give me more information about who's "legal department", she turned the phone over to a male who stated he was a "paralegal".  Only info he said he could give me was to state that he had a legal statement he wanted to read me with my permission.  I told him when he could give me more info on who I supposedly owed, all he gave was that he was with the legal department of US Cash Advance and that they were the parent company of over 700 pay day loan companies but he did not know which one I owed or even how much I supposedly owed.  He knew that it would be no more than $500 but may be $100, $200 or even $400.  He had information about my employer, part of my SSN, drivers license & banking but every time he asked if I worked for so & so - I told him "no" and when he asked if last 4 of my SSN was *** I denied knowing any of my information.  He said he wasn't trying to collect any money but just calling to warn me that the police will come to my house & arrest me and that he was letting me know why.......(how sweet of him!)

RECIEVED A CALL FROM 253-235-2271 AND THEY TOLD ME I HAD LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST ME ON THREE DIFFERENT COUNTS BUT COULD NOT GIVE ALOT OF INFORMATION REGARDING IT. THEY SAID THE LAST FOUR OF MY SOCIAL AND PROVIDED THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR ME AND THEN THEY KNEW WHAT BANK I BANKED AT... I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY GOT THIS INFORMATION AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY WERE A FRAUD HE GOT MAD. AT FIRST HE SAID HIS NAME WAS STEPHEN AND THEN HE WOULD TRANSFER ME TO THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT BUT THEN HE RETURNED BACK TO THE PHONE STATING HE WAS SOMEONE ELSE WHICH I CAN TELL IT WAS THE SAME PERSON. ALL HE DID WAS READ A LEGAL PAPER HE RECEIVED FROM THE INTERNET AND WHEN I TOLD HIM "O I HAVE MY ATTORNEY RIGHT HERE ACTUALLY" HE HUNG UP RIGHT AWAY... SEE SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!! DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE EVER!!
