Said they were comcast...Called while I was taking kids trick or treating. I asked if they were seriously calling me on Halloween early evening, the man said yes then I just hung up!!

Comcast outsourced survey company

I recieved a call from this number: 253-236-2504 and I am even on the donotcall list. What's up with that?

If this is Comcast calling to do a survey, save yourself the call. You overcharge and under deliver, plus you've gone over to the dark side.

I am on the do not call registry and I constantly get a call from this number and it is always late at night

Have rec'd calls from this number. After reading these notes, called Comcast, andI got a Comcast rep to admit my phone number was outsourced to their TM service. Then this "professional Comcast Cust serv rep" LAUGHED as he said it would take at least 30 days to be placed on "Comcast's Market Research Do-Not-Call List"!!!!

If you want a call to stop and you have a smart phone there are many free apps you can get to reject the call.  Also, your carrier (mine is sprint) allows me to enter up to 50 numbers into my blocked call list and they get a "The subscriber is not taking calls at this time" message whenever a number on the list calls me.

Comcast?    I'm pretty sure there is laws about time of day though.

They called me at 11:57 PM just a few minutes before MIDNIGHT!

This is a company (Convergis Marketing Research Company) that works for Comcast to do Marketing Research. I was told by Comcast that it doesn't matter if you're on the federal "do not call" list, because this is market research related directly with your Comcast account. Comcast will add you to their own internal "do not call list" if you ask, but it takes 30 days to become effective.

Thanks guys - got a call on phone with no message.  Never answer unknown numbers.  If they want a call back they have to leave a message.  I MAY call back if I know what they're calling for.  I have comcast service because in my apt complex I don't have much choice.  But I DO NOT like being called by telemarketers for them.  If I wanted different service from them I would have chosen different service.  Idjits.

calls rec'd on Thurs & Fri this week - I don't answer numbers from out of area, unless I recognize - of course no message and I'm not about to call them.  Now that I've seen so many notes that it's comcast research, I'll never call and hope they just go away.

It is a call from converjuse doing marketing research for comcast. Not only do they keep calling me, but they call at all hours of day. I sign up for comcast internet services, I didn't sign up for their harassment service.

This number calls me ALL THE TIME.  Last night they called after 9pm!  They never leave a message, so I have no idea what they want.  It's extremely obnoxious.

This is a company doing marketing research for Comcast. They call constantly and never leave a message. So far they've called me Friday, Sunday, and again today. Unfortunately for them, I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and definitely don't call back people who won't and/or can't leave messages. Unfortunately for me, Comcast apparently gives my number to every b***s*** telemarketer they're involved with.
