Most people find this site when they google a phone number that has been harassing them.  That's how I found the site.  I'd like to know how Lacy house found this site.  Especially since the first post on this thread is hers.

I'd go further and say that the likelihood of a satisfied customer making post on this site is ZERO.  :)

Well, nice to see the FTC finally doing something to somebody for their stupid scams.   Now,  when are they actually going to prosecute these guys and throw them in jail!

Hmm...only difference between this supposed company, with no website, and a known scam company is a single letter.  Can you tell us their physical address, since it doesn't come up on a Google search?  I would call, but I don't want to open myself up to their tactics.  Sounds fishy to me.  I work in the IT industry and my advice posted above is industry standard information so your down votes only exposes your shilliness.  The fact remains, the customer should always initiate service requests when it comes to computers.  The likelihood a satisfied customer would make an initial post on this site is very, VERY slim.

People, remember, NEVER accept the services of an IT company that makes initial contact by calling you.  Never let someone you don't know or a reputable IT business whom you contacted first into your computer.  Never give away your password.  It only takes a few seconds for them to upload some malware and it could operate in the background without you even knowing it's there.

And you're obviously a shill for these scammers.  And a pre-emptive one!  Too bad your comment has made this number toast!

They are the best one to solve the computer issues... I have my own business and found some issues with my computer. So, I called them, they worked on my computer and today my computer is working fine. Thanks to them.
