My caller ID shows this number twice on my phone. One call on 3-27 and another on 3-30.
On 3-27, it says "Announcement". On 3-30, it says "Family Message. WTF?
I too am on the "Do Not Call" and I have been keeping track of annoying/spam calls for some time. I have TWO pages of this stuff.

I also get about 5 calls a day from this number. I finally dialed it back and got an automated recording that if you're not interested in their promotion (they don't specify what that is), then you can be placed on their do not call list.

I don't know who it is but they keep calling me and I supposably put my number on the don't call list but they call about 5 times a day. It's getting really annoying.
