They call me 18 -25 times a day on my cellphone and hang up so we call back, using our prepaid minutes, so they sell more prepaid cards. Unfortunately, I am using a company cellphone, and they are the ones paying the extra.

It is called slamming, and it is illegal. They are forcing all of us to pay money, and they are doing this, getting paid for it by the big boys. i reported it to the Attorney General's office in CT, called, and reported it to the FCC, and also belong to the national do not call registry.

I have hired an attorney, it is causing mental issues, and I am going to sue the s*** out of them.

I am tired of calls from this company-- They are a REAL Head Ache--- one or two calls a week- They always refer to a credit card interest-- i have no credit cards so how did they get my number?

change your number to a google voice number and you can block any number that calls you.  Great way to weed these guys out!

Scary, attention grabbing "Urgent" opening sounds like a real person.  I have 0 debt, so KNOW this is going to be a scam, and I press 1 to get a live body to demand the name of their company.  They always hang up on me.  Infuriating, and costs me for every one of their g/#$**!@ calls to my cell.  Their robodials reach both my cell and landline, DESPITE being on the National Do Not Call Registry.  Has anyone contacted the Attorney General, or BBB?  Echalon Telecom is apparently the telco enabling/profitting from these scamsters - can't they be liable?

Don't know who. Closest person I know is in Lacey. If it's a telemarketer they can take a flying leap off of a tall building.

The call was about reducing my Credit Card interest rate. Tried to get off there list, no luck. Even got person asking them to take us off their list, said didn't have a list.

Caller ID just read "cell phone", no message was left. This is the first time receiving a call from this number.

Fact Girl you should change your name to Made Up Facts Girl. Talk about being out in the land of make believe.  Of course not telling the truth and trying to re-write history is typical of a liberal. They just can't tell the truth.

This current administration has spent more moneyin the first three years than all previous administrations both democrat and republican since the begining of the USA.

Report them to the DNC list EVERY TIME THEY CALL.  If it is frequent, then just keep a log a make a report.  In the report you can list the number of times they have called with dates.  The only way to stop them is to get the authorities involved.  It does work.  Oh, and if you happen to answer, be sure to TELL them that you are going to report them.

Constantly receive calls like this, some want to lower my interest rates, some want me to rent my timeshare, I am on the do not call list and faithly reapply about every 3 months and still get these calls.

Also got a call from these people.  Caller ID said "Cell phone."  I didn't answer. No message.

Same thing here...I get calls from this #253-246-8570 all the time.  I have pressed 1 each time.  A man comes on and tries to get credit card info...when I tell him I'm not interested and to take me off the call list he just hangs up!!  It would be nice if I could get my phone line back!!!  We too are on the DNC list.

This company calls my home and cell number repeatedly with a "final offer" to lower credit card debt. I am not interested and have told them so (several times) and have told them not to call again (several times). They continue to call. Their customer service reps are rude, obnoxious and arrogant.

I do not know their name; my caller id says only "cell phone".

I am getting 3 and 4 calls a week from this number. They will not remove me from their call list and hang up  when I question them.

They call me several times a month.  Will report to the FCC.  They've stopped some calls I used to get.

Know what it sounds like when the fax answers? I just throw a wireless switch and my TTY/TDD (Telephone Device for the Deaf) answers with a high pitch whistle. Humans don't like and machines log it as a fax. Usually makes them call less often.

Anyone suggest a good (cheap) computer intercept program?
