I have been getting texts for the past few days now for the same thing you guys have been getting , so I went to Bankcorp's web site and wrote them, also I called sprint and had them block this junk ,, so sick of this not the first time fishing scamers have did this ,, got to becareful

I have received more than 150 (I have them documented) calls from these criminals. I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC however due to the fact that they hide behind spoofed numbers I doubt that they will ever stop any of them. They ask for up front fees and charge your credit card without performing any services.
I find that I am getting great enjoyment by pressing 1 and talking to one of their "reps". I have a phony name, credit card number, and security code that I use. The only legitimate number that I give them is the customer service number from a credit card that I no longer use since the card raised my rates.
I try to ask the criminals as many questions as possibe to keep them on the phone as long as I can. The scammers seem to get upset once they finally figure out that THEY are getting scammed. I guess they think their time is more valuable than mine.
The guys behind this scam have a slew of corporations, many of them defunct. I searched using the name ?American Debt Negotiators? and found the name of the Registered Representative was a guy named RAN BARNEA, aca RAN DAVID BARNEA, aca DAVID R BARNEA. He is also listed as the president of a whole slew of other active corporations. Another guy is DANIEL T. POST. This stuff is all public record. Here is a list of the active Florida corporations and the corporate officers that I simply copied and pasted here.

I just got a text from bancorp(which I've never heard of)saying that my account is being suspended,and to reactivate visit wwww.bancorpactivateonline.com
As sooon as I go to the website the screen pops up asking for my card number, name on card, exp. date, and my pin.... That is sooo sad that people are really trying to get over on people like that. Get a job and work like everyone else!!!!!

Just got a text from this number. bcs2@text.com was the name of the sender. The text said this, "Plea se C all Ban corp So uth: 1-253-353-7339." I called without thinking, and an automated voice said that my Master Card debit card has been limited due to a technical error. It asked for my card number as well. I gave no information and hung up. Afterwards, I visited my account online, and everything was fine. Phishing!!!!!!!!! glad there was someone else who reported this.

I received a text msg asking me to call this phone number. Text message was identified as from alrt@vtext.com. The message identified my bank and asked me to call 253-353-7339. I called and a recorded message states a technical problem wth my debit acct. and to please enter my 16 digit card number and to please follow the menu afterwards. They gave ABSOLUTELY NO identification as to who they were....RED FLAG_RED FLAG_RED FLAG!!!!! I gave no information and simply hung up and called my bank and also Verizon as the vtext address is a Verizon service.....conclusion: PHISING SCAM!!!!!!
