Today's call is either number 7 or 8 from this group.  When I pressed "1" to "forever delete my number" from the list on two occasions, the company simply called back with a new number.  I finally went through the survey today and was put through to a travel rep who told me they are not actually affiliated with that survey group.  Uh huh...  I just hope the calls stop.

I put a block on this number from calling my cell

The same guys called me using this number too: 2533829999.  It was after I had blocked this one.

They used this number to call my mobile on May 16, at 9:37am Central time.  I found the following google transcript:

Called home and cell from 'Pacifictel'.  No message, did not pickup. they also use 360-474-3989.

These people (and their phone robots) are the most annoying thing I have come across in a while! I am now up to 69 calls from their various numbers! Here is what we know:

1- Don't waste your time with the DNC registry. That is a crock of doo-doo! Obviously, it does nothing!

2- You are not talking to a real person when you do answer. I have tried answering on a few occasions and hear the same recorded responses to whatever I say. I thought I would get off of their list by saying "yes" to agreeing to have a sign placed in my yard in exchange for a security system. (because the robot said if I was interested, I would be contacted by a sales rep) That got me to the next menu where the robot wanted to confirm that I own my home. I said "no" and he repeated the question. The second time I answered "no," it said thank you and hung-up. I thought that would be the end of it! I have had 5 more calls since then!

3- They will NOT stop calling! 69 calls over a 6 month period and still going!

4- Blowing a whistle in a robot's ear will probably do nothing!

5- The people behind this are stupid! Would any of you do ANY kind of business with a "company" that starts the relationship by annoying the hell out of you? If I had a robot calling people, it would be smart enough to realize after a few dozen calls, maybe the people at that number aren't interested! But then again, if these people had any working brain cells in their heads, they would have legitimate jobs doing something productive!

Keep getting calls from this number.  Never anyone there.  Don't answer anymore.  It's a bummer because they keep coming to my wifes cell phone.

This number has called my cell phone a number of times, even though it is listed on the national do not call list.  They do not leave messages.

This isn't any "research" company - it's a boiler room hustling fake "free vacations" and trying to get your credit card information.  If you follow the instructions provided by the shill, your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for non-stop calls from this frauds and others operated by the same boiler room.

It's not a survey - it's the same boiler room running the  fake "free vacation prize" fraud that has been going on for years under various names.

May 16 2012 - seems like a lot of activity with polls, surveys, etc. I got the call too, in the evening, ignored it when the Caller ID said "Washington". I don't know George, and the only thing I'd like in Washington is some common sense work for the people! Not spam. Seems this is a big phone mill. They left no message, political survey, free trip, nada. Blocked now. (Called on my business cell on DNC list).

Just got the call about 7:50 pm.  5/16/2012.  It said from out of area on caller id.  I answered and no one was there. I'm on the do not call list also.

About every third day my cell phone rings. Always 253-382- and then varoius 9978 or 9948, etc.  Do not call list doesnt help.  By reading other posts, it is a political call.  I never answer a nbr I dont tecognize.  If whomever calls doesnt leave a message, then evidently their call isnt important to them or me.

they are giving you a free cruise for answering their stupid A...questions. when you get the travel agency, they hang up, if you ask any question.!!!! WISH TO HELL THEY WOULD PUT THESE A' HOLES IN JAIL...AND LET THEM STAY THERE.....WHY  DO THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS TIME AFTER TIME!!!!
