These people keep calling and asking for someone with a similar name. I always let it go to voice mail, if they don't leave a message I don't call back. Wish they would leave me alone.

Keep calling asking for someone that doesn't live here.  If there are so many comlaints about them and today's privacy laws being what they are, why won't someone do anything about it!?

this 'collector' calls several times a week. is it a legit business?  it's a tacoma washington number.

These guys are scum.  I have a private phone.  I do not know, and have never heard of, the person they are attempting collection from.  Second week, a callback is useless, as they tempt you with offering a message opportunity, but the mailbox, not surprisingly, is full.

I want these people off my phone!  Now!

Caller ID just had the word TACOMA 253-620-2230. I did not answer. If a caller will not identify themselves I will not answer the phone.

They called but I didn't answer so they left a message asking for my younger brother to call back. I think the same company has called us numerous times over the past couple years, asking for my parents, a friend who used to live with us, or a person I have never heard of. I dunno if it's a scam or what?

all indications is that this is a call from a collection agency / we never answer , just let recorder answer for us. They are trying to collect a debt of a grand-daughter whom we don't know where she is. It appears to be computer generated as it is repeated 4 times.
