No message was left from 253-666-6003. I called it back and a recording said it was "Dynamic Recovery Solutions" I am guessing a debt collector.

Oh my! They are so in violation of the FDCPA laws!

You should totally file complaints! FBI,State attorney Generals office for your state, The FTC,and FCC!  

If this place is really legit, you can probably sue them also in regards to the harassing calls < I can't remember what the act is, but its been posted here lots under various threads about these kind of calls!

I've received multiple calls from this number. It bounces you to a collection agency in Huston named GC Services. They seem to think I'm Brady XXXXXX instead of MJ XXXXX, are rather rude, and will not leave me alone. Funny thing is, with the info I gleaned from their last call I was able to find their guy in about 2 minutes.

Caller ID said Verafast. The only message I received was "thank you", meaning the computer call started when my voicemail message started. I blocked the number.

Has been calling 2-3 times a day for the past few days. When I picked up, there was a recording. Something about a verification and calling back later.

This is LA Times.  I cancelled service months ago.  This call was to see why I cancelled and an attempt to reinstate service.

They have called me for days.. only saying somthing about verification and they will call back.  I called them today and they said welcome to customer service if you would like your phone # removed from the call list pleas enter your phone #. then verify your phone #. and it will be taken off.

So. Does putting your number in work?  Seems like that would just confirm my number for further eexploitation.

Been getting calls from 253-666-7652 but they do not leave a message. When I call back the phone just rings. Today I was able to answer the call and they said they were the LA Times. Hmmm. this is not a LA phone number. Wondering if this is call center type number where companies source out the telemarketing calls. Just a thought.

I keep getting calls from this number.  I am a new Qwest customer and I tried adding the number to my call rejection system but it states "unable to add number" --- Why??? So, I called Qwest and they told me to call the Call Annoyance Bureau (???) at 1-800-582-0655 and report the number.  What a hassle this is?  Come on people - if we do not want calls - why do we have to go through all this just to get them off our back?  Listen you freaks - stop calling people you do not have the permission to call!

Unknown number, refuse calls

so I called the number and it is a marketing company.  If you call the number back you can request to have your number removed.

Have been called six times from this number with no messages left.

This number is LA Times.  I cancelled months ago and they wanted to know why I cancelled and wanted to reinstate service.

Caller wants credit card info....loser, get a life!

We have been getting twice-daily calls from this number for several weeks.  Normally we don't answer calls that leave no messages, but finally this morning I decided to pick up and tell them off.  A woman said that she was calling from the Star Tribune (a Minnesota newspaper).  I told her to stop these nuisance calls and take our number off their list.  She said yes but would I "verify" something for her.  I said absolutely not, and told her again to quit calling.  She said OK.  Hopefully, this is the end of it.
By the way, when I answered this call and said hello, at first there was silence.  The voice kicked in after the second hello.  This often happens with telemarketing calls, so don't hang right away if you want to connect.

I received two phone calls from this number.  I was not at home on the first call, but, later on they called and I answered.  All they said, "To verify this number".  The number to verify was their number.  So, I called back and put my phone number on their list to not be called again.  There was a message stating that it will take two days for my number to be removed.  Let's see if this is so.  I went online and typed in the company name, Verafast.  This is a company that deals with customer relations and data collections.  What kind of customer relations and what type of data collections do they collect????  It's been a while since I have received phone calls like this.  Hope it does not continue on.  If it does, I will just have to get in touch with the attorney general to see what can be done about this.

Caller said it was for LA times newspaper subscription.

Well, there might be something to the LA Times (and related papers) having a part in this.  I was harassed for not paying after a simple trial subscription of the paper turned into a year of unwanted papers. I get calls and mail even after I told them I will never read another paper in my lifetime. Now this number is calling me and Verizon won't help block it.

Got a call from this numb at 9:08 pst on 3/11/11... no message left. Also on 3/10/11 at 5:09pm. 3/9/11 5:25pm. There's something strange in the neighborhood... who you gonna call?

Man called saying he is from LA Times, asking why I canceled, I played along, but i never did cancel. I called LA Times and they are not associated with the phone number I provided them. It is probably a scam so beware of giving them any type of info

This company calls me daily, even though no one ever answers my phone at this time of day... you'd think  it would stop after a week or two, but... nope!
What the heck could they possibly want. Even when i did answer once there was no one there...
There should be a way to block these...

I got a call twice fom this number 1253-666-7652, and on the daily basses calls from 1888-509-4851 and 1 440-331-  4613. I don't know how this unknown calls got my number. I'm getting very aggravated and irritated. I don't have a common name, and i never even heard of any one with my real name, so how they got my info idk. I've called attorney general in minnesota, after reading a post a lady made that she called them. I hope they can help me,otherwise i'm switching phone companys' this is very irritating getting calls, and i won't ever answer there calls EVER!, AND I HOPE THEY WILL GET THE MESSAGE

I got 2 calls from this number. The calls come to my cell phone which I only use rarely. My number is on the do not call list too. I don't answer calls from numbers I do not know. I never give out my cell number. The only number I give out is my wall phone. This caller did not leave a message either.

Last week I got a number of calls from another number, no messages. Then whoever it is must have switched to this number. Same, no messages.
