My father got a call from this number. Claimed he won some money and needs to pay $600 in insurance fees to get the money. SCAM!!

They called twice..early morning and later afternoon..I hung up on the 2nd call after he said something to the effect that I had won something...and the gentleman called back...he was very bold and said.."What happened? Did we get disconnected?".  I said, "no, this call sounded like a scam and I hung up!".  He said it wasn't a scam and he wouldn't have me do anything I didn't want to do.  I said if I have won anything to send me a notice in the mail an hung up again.  Has  anyone else gotten calls from this number?
