I just got a phone call from 206-202-6309 from a person claiming to be Officer Paul Smith(another true american name) saying that someone used me as a reference for a loan and that if I did not call them back that I would be involved in the legal matter.  He wanted my mom to send a Walmart cash card instead of a money order.  He has been harrasing my mom for 3 days now.  This has got to stop!!!!

I agree with you I have this little Indian with the same name as you Sean Carter calling me to at work and on my cellphone, he called me several times and I did't understand him asked him several questions and told him I don't know about any payday loans online except the ones I agreed to and he got pissed off and said I'll see you in court and that my papers will come in the mail on Friday, they are full of s*** Im reporting them to the FBI or Police Department one.

i received a voicemail on my house phone from a officer danit marks????  from tyson law firm.tyson law firm is out of dallas texas. i think its funny how these ppl get this s***. he had a indian accent i had to replay the message several times to get the phone number. i called it and told him to call me back. ill play it off for now like i dont know anything. but do not give them any information. they might have your ssn. and name and phone number but they cant harrass you. when they ask for info do not give them anything. tell them to send you notification thru the mail about it

Wow- I have this guy name Daniel Wilson calling me he first gave this number to call ,then another(425-606-3573 )The first call I recieved was back on Oct.20th.They told my husband he owed $5400 and that was gonna be court cost.and what we owed.Then I called him back (He answered Admiral Stephanie Johnson)hmm.First off a guy named stephanie?Then answering as Admiral.Sounded fishy to me.Then he transferred me several times in  which all sounded exactly like him.
Telling me to send a $330 payment to him or better yet give him my c.c number by phone.Um..NO.How did he go from 5400- to $330 then called me today and said pay the $317 or all I can do is be helples for you in court.All things sound like a scam to me.

I just called him again, went off on him, and told him i know you are a scam artist and the FBI is after you!  He apologised and said he will not be calling again, then hung up the phone. I called him back and was like, why are you hanging up? I told him now you know how it feels to be harrass, he was like Ma'am i have taken your name off the list, you will not be receiving phone calls from us. I told him, that will not stop me from trying to find out who they are. So the advice I will provide anyone receiving phone calls from them, don't be soft or timid. let them know you are aware they are a scam. Don't give them any personal information. File a report.

OMG i am sooo glad i stumbled upon this site!  Thank God for the internet. I received a call yesterday, both at work and my cell phone, my co worker told me some one name Sean Carter from the Department of Law, Crime and Retribution was on hold for me. I told him to take a call back number, i was thinking to myself, thats weird, normally they will leave a company name. I checked my voicemail and that when hell broke loose, this idiot had a thick indian accent, saying i have committed a crime and if i do not get in touch with them immediately, "then haha all he can wish me is Good Luck and i should watch my back". I was soooo pissed, i called that number back and the person picked up answering this is "Daniel...something", i asked what company was this, he said Law Firm, i was like Law firm of what? he would not answer and immediately asked who i was. I went off on him, used all vulgar language i could come up with. I even told me, us Americans are not stupid, how can you have an American name with an M*&% f*&%$  thick Indian accent? He called my name and kept telling me to calm down. I told him i will be filing a Police report, FBI, FTC. He hung up the phone. I knew it was a scam. I hope he does not call anymore.

THEY ARE ALSO AFFILIATED WITH ACS "AMERICAN CREDIT SERVICES" AND " ALFADDAVIT CONSOLODATION SERVICES" ALL ARE SCAMS, THEY HAVE BEEN HARRASSING ME FOR MONTHS, I SAVED ALL VOICE MAILS AND FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FBI, BBB, FCC AND MY LOCAL STATES ATTORNEY. I didn't get a call from this number, but it was the "callback number" they left in the voicemail they left me...you know, the one I had to listen to a gazillion times before I understood it because the Indian calling me (Sean Carter) can barely speak English.  They call me 20 times in a row every couple of days.  I haven't *really* answered...twice I picked up (was having a really bad day anyway) and started screaming into whoever's ear.  Felt good.    :o)
I'm glad to see that other people have had this problem.  A legitimate company will make sure you can understand them, tell you the reason for calling, send (I don't know)...MAIL, perhaps?
Best I can understand from message is that it's from the "Department of Law & Crime".  Yeah, right.
Oh, and in the last message he said "God help you."  Okay, Allah-man.

I just called my local FBI office and they told me this is a SCAM!!!!  Please do not provide any info to these people.  I was told that if the harrassment does not stop, to call your local phone service provider and ask for the Security Department and report the calls.  Also, she told me if for any reason they start to send you email, then go to the FBI website and go to the IC3 and fill out the form for reporting Internet Crime.

I received this same phone call from Dan Morgan.  They also would not give me any info.  They wanted me to supply it.  I do have payday loans that I made online but they are taking their money every payday as I agreed.  I too told them if this was legitimate that they needed to send me something certified in the US Mail.  They are calling me at work and on my cell phone.  The number they call from comes across the caller id as 888-666-8888.  When you call that number it tells you the program I am trying to access is not available and if I hang up now I will not be charged.

They just called me from a seattle,wa number 206 saying I took out a payday loan online which I never did he said if I don't pay them that there gonna send a warrant out for my arrest lol right ok.. They tell you alll the time that they can not purse criminal charges against you for a payday loan which by the way I don't have. What a joke. If you can block these people from your number. And yes they are Indian he told me his name is Dan Morgan. Then I'm Janet Jackson then lol

I got my first call at 6:45am on 10/14 and 10/15 Leaving me a message saying I need to call them back by 5pm that day cause he stated that they have a big case on file on me and some loan company put money into my bank account for me and they never did he also stated that they have my bill very high and that I owe them lots of money!Then another call today to my cell phone but when I didnt answer they called my work a woman started talking with a CSI #157081  and if I dont pay they will send a investigator to my front door then stuttered cause he forgot i was at work dumb a** so he was like to your front place of work to put you behind the bars I laughed. I started to ask questions about this online payday loan I was suppose to have recived and from whom he just stated a bunch of online loan name so I asked him was it thinkcash he stuttered agian and was maybe think so, I was like so your taking my word now or you dont know he was like there are many so I was like how much do I owe he was like over $500 and then he gave me all kinds of money figures and so forth I told hime to mail me somthing to prove this to me he was like once you pay we will send you all the legal documents I was like NO! . I told him I will call back after work which I didnt do cause I know its a big scam my father is a Federal agent  and even called them back they would not give him no info and he said he was me but told them he was a federal anget no dice. These people need to be stopped the FBI NEEDS TO SEPT UP ALREADY. Oh also they have a heavy India accent with the name of ROBIN WILSON a TRUE AMERICAN NAME COME ON NOW WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
