This number is from Acer Corp. The computer company, if they are calling you probably sent in a computer to get repaired.

I was given this number by Gateway today as a number to get their level 2 tech support directly. Gateway was bought out by Acer and I think it is also Acer tech support number.

also got a call from 254-298-4000..only rang half a second before they hung up...id' get suspicious if they keep doing it multiple times in a day.
