The Government Do Not Call List *is* working: legitimate businesses know you're on the list and don't call you. Criminal telemarketers don't obey the Do Not Call List any more than bank robbers obey laws against bank robbery. Furthermore, if you didn't answer and they didn't leave a message trying to sell you something, their call didn't violate the law!

Caller ID didn't show a name - only the number. The area code is a Texas area code. I get 10-15 calls a day from telemarketers so I'm more than sure this is another telemarketer. I never answer calls from out of my area code. The DNC list doesn't seem to be working any longer.
