I am on DO NOT CALL LIST and I have been sending them a complaint every time I get one of these calls. If we all do that maybe something can be done about these annoying phone calls.

Got a call from these guys tonight...Wisconsin Professional Police Association. You can tell them all you want to not call again, yet they somehow forget. :)

Unwanted call on caller ID during holidays

called back the number that came up on the caller ID, Wisconsin Police Association.  Just another telemarketer.  I know someone who gets paid to make these exact calls, the office is located in downtown Milwaukee on Wisconsin Avenue.  All you have to do is call back the number, its a recording that gives you another number to call, when you call that number you can press 9 for the option of being put on their do not call list.  When you give to something like this, 10% of your donation goes to the police, maybe less, and the rest goes to the company hired to make these calls.  I know I've worked for them.  262 area code is Waukesha, but its all the same company.  If you support telemarketing, then you should give to this cause.  All you are doing is supporting phone solicitation when you give to people like this.

I got called from them twice today! The first time I spoke with them because it had shown up as an unknown caller. Very pushy and I eventually hung up on them. This time they did not leave a message.

Donated to the cause three yrs ago. Told them I would not be able to donate this yr. back in January. They said ok, how about ten dollars. Still said no. They send me what looks like a bill for ten dollars every six weeks and still call. I do believe they get a donation out of every paycheck from every working individual. If you ever donate, prepare for the consequences.

No message, caller ID just says "Wisconsin" ... I didn't call back, but assume that "playa" is correct about it being the state police fundraising people , "262" is a southern/southeastern Wisconsin area code, and they have a headquarters in that area - plus, it's the right season for it.

called back and got..... the wisconsin professional state police fund raising program....... LMAO calling us is the most cost effective way for them to raise $$$$. I guess the cops dont have to abide by the do not call list.

leaves no message, just says wisconsin call. haven't called back as i have no clue who this is.
