yeah got a call.from them today. I hate that these people alk from ny when u hunt them down they falsley. state about aresst ect. they dont have the balls to use a real name and number.

Keep calling me and my friends and family giving out my social to anyone saying yeah this is she speaking saying Im gonna be arrested and have to appear in court and that their is a warrant for my arrest.

I just received a call and when he told me the reason for the call, I told him that he (and all the collection agencies) associated with any accounts were in violation of FDCPA.  He actually had the nerve to tell me that he knows but that when you take out a payday loan from one company, you are actually taking it out from 3 or 4 companies and each company will sell the account to the lowest (collection fee) bidder.  Again told him that it was a violation of FDCPA and that I wanted him to fax me proof that they have this account.  I still haven't recieved the fax.

They called my job saying a company hired them from a loan that was deposit into a wachovia access in 2008 I didn't never had an access. W wochavia I want to the bank n they said there was no accredited in my name they said someone was coming to my job they had all my onto I was really scareduntil I loomed them up

called and told me that a bank was filing charges against me for writing bad checks and receiving a payday loan and didnt pay it back in 2009, the account has been closed for over 5 or 6 years now
