called and left no message to know who they sre

Receive many calls from this number. I vote we all sue in a class action suit against this and other callers who call incessantly.  Might wake those mentally depraved companies up if they had to pay us a few thousand each.....What do you think?   Any attorneys out there looking for another quick buck?
