"Turn key solutions" is an industry term meaning you buy a complete system.  Your manufacturing equipment is complete, ready to run, all you have to do is start it - turn the key.  

I have no idea why a company offering turn key solutions would call a private home.

When I answered the phone as a business, the line went dead. I called back early the next morning and got a message "Turn Key Solutions". Probably some mortgage co.

Some idiot/phony calling about a special offer for the New York Post. Now and I am in Philadelphia and this number that was calling is also a Philadelphia number. Something doesn't add up here!
