claimed to be online school or got info for online about getting more schooling

I applie dto a job posting online and immediately got a call from that number.

It's called Degree Connections...do not know who they are.

I just heard on the news not long ago that if the number doesn't have a (717) area code DON'T PICK UP! Reason being is they can get all the info about you with just one ring that also means don't call them back!

I've spent the week searching and filling out job applications. They called me twice in 10 minutes. The woman, I think sounded like an alcoholic, just mumbl, offering something about education.

They harass me all day long with calls and what not.

They call late at night and very often. I do not want the phone calls anymore or ever. Please make them take me off there list.

Same as above big scam..tried to apply to a job got call as soon as i closed site. saw it was a scam but already had my info in on application that was fake!

I also filled out an application on line for a position and now my phone is ringing off the wall. They offered nothing this is a ridiculous scam so unfortunate when people are just trying to find employment. Now they keep calling and do not leave a message REALLY!!?? I AM CONTACTING MY PHONE CARRIER TO HAVE THE NUMBER BLOCKED

I keep getting calls after i filled out an online application earlier today an when i looked them up they are all from colleges...

The number 2674163018 has called me 5 or six times in the passed 30-45 min. Never leave a message. I'm on the do not call list so I am not entirely sure how this person got my number.

I keep getting these phone calls from phone number 267-416-3018 constantly. Im on the do not call list and i dont know how they got my number, They never leave a mesage either.

Same thing is happening to me. They have called 5 times, but I won't answer the call!  
I will have to mail my resumes as well!

This number called four times in two hours on a Saturday morning to see if I was interested in college opportunities.

I signed up on adecco job site. Within minutes I received 2 calls just minutes apart. Just didn't answer. Once I read the previous comments, I realized that that is why I got these calls.

Been calling me 4 times in the past hour, not even answering their call and they don't leave a message.

They have been calling several times a day for the past month. The never leave a message. I called the number back and found out it was Into Degree Connection. They are calling because my eldest daughter is graduating high school in two weeks. However, she is still only seventeen and therefore a minor. I do not appreciate the harassment.

How did you get them off call list? I have an Iphone. thanks

In 30 minute 5 phone calls!!!!  I filled out job application on job sight and did not choose to pursue education options.  It is a degree program, I just called and asked that they take me off their call list.  They asked my name and told me no problem.  It's best to take the call or call them so the calls stop.

They keep calling my cell number and I don't want to take ther call.  I hung up on them once but they are persistent.

Call repeatedly all because of an onliune job application which I rejected and they still call anyway..how do they get my info if the job i applied for has absolutely nothing to do w what theyre calling for which is a scam in itself.

Ty everone for the posts, i have friends/family in the area code:267. And i wont answer any # that I dont recognize.  Whoever it is, is relentless.

I tried to fill out an application for a "student scholarship" from "brandnamemain.com". I got the message through my school email and i thought it was legit. However it seems it was not. I gave my number to them and as I hit send I realized what I had done.. Block the number if possible. Thats what I plan on doing.

Seven phone calls in three hours, no message,and no way to opt out of future phone calls.  On the sixth phone call I answered, and when I asked the woman to stop calling me, she rudely insisted she hadn't been calling me and then hung up.   Outrageous!  

I'm not sure how I got sucked into this vortex, but I made the mistake of asking ITT Technical Institute for information on one of their programs and they hounded me for weeks also.  

Avoid this www.degreeconnection.info like the plague.

Has called me three times just this evening... All within a two hour period. Left no messages.

Received a call from this number right after I filled out a job application and I refuses any additional Schooling for a degree. I didn't answer my phone and no message left,  if this is going to happen everytime I fill out an on-line application I'll try mailing my resume and see what happens.

They knew my name!?
