Yes, this number has called me a lot. I am supposed to be on a no call telemarketing list. I want them to stop calling.  No idea who they are.

They keep calling asking for someone else.  They refuse to stop calling.  I've been calling them back, and just listen to them say 'hello'  'HELLO'  sometimes i hit the number keys to make some noise.  after a few dozen times they actually started hitting the keys too.  it hasnt stopped them but its somewhat entertaining.... try ext 174 176

3/20/09 Tate & Kirlin collect agency.  They keep calling my house looking for Virginia  Called my home 3-4x a day.  Finally I happen to be home & they called, they asked for Ms. Virginia & I told him very forcefully & calmly that there was NO one by that name living my home.  And would they please stop calling and leaving messages for her.  The man seemed quiet shocked by my sterness...he said they would not call again.  BE FIRM tell them you dont want them calling back they should stop. If not do what everyone else does listen to the msg and delete it.  WORSE things could be left as messages on your voicemail or home phone....so keep your chin up...and dont let them get to you.  DO NOT give them any money.  NO ever!  Deal with the company that you owe the money to directly, be smart why should you pay someone a cut of $$ when you already owe money to the creditor.  PAY CREDITOR direct...you work hard for your money, just dont go giving it away.  Peace to All!

Calls me at least twice a day for the last week looking for "Margo".  Called them back and stated they had the wrong number and I knew no Margo. They asked my name, and got rude when I insisted my name was Kathleen, not Margo. I advised them to stop calling me or I will file suit for harassment. The next time they called looking for "Margo", I reminded them that this was NOT Margo's phone, I know NOTHING about Margo's debts, I don't even KNOW a Margo, and that I'd previously told them that if they called again, I would file suit so I was going to hang up and contact my attorney.  They never called back again.

Tate and Kirlin keep calling my house also.  They call as early as 5 a.m. and as late as 11:00 p.m.  The ones calling are VERY rude so I asked to speak to a supervisor to file a complaint but he was even ruder.  When I told him that his employees needed proper training, he told me to 'get over it' and to not tell him how to run 'his' company.  

I believe they are scam artists also because my mother-in-law talked to them one day and they insisted that she owed a bill for a company that she has never dealt with.  

We do not have caller ID available where we live so the only number I have is the one they gave me.

File a complaint with the FTC and FCC!

They are a collection agency out in Philly. Actually, they helped me out BIG time! I owed a lot of money on a Visa bill & they worked out a payment plan then eventually a settlement. It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders! I think everyone is so suspicious because when they call they don't leave messages & never tell my son why they're calling. I simply asked the collector one day & he politely explained it- because of the FDCPA there are a lot of laws they need to abide by as well as protect our privacy. Don't believe the hype- although many bill collectors are rude, you can simply call & ask to speak with a manager. Legally they have to & they are out to help you.

Whoever is calling from this number never leaves a message....just calls and I don't pick up as I don't know who it is.  They need to either leave a message or STOP calling.  It is becoming a nuisance.

I started receiving calls from this number a couple of days ago, but don't know anyone at that number or name that pops up on my caller ID. I receive a call from it every 30 minutes. I don't live anywhere near that area code and no one has this number xcept my family.  I don't even answer it to find out who they are or what they want. I don't answer anyone I don't know.

a recorded message said, if this is  (my name)  press 1.  then hung up

They are calling me too. I have nothing in the mail from them. But I had a BK a few yrs back and I haven't received any new credit since then.

Did discover a CC that I never opened and charges on a card I lost & reported lost. I went to the store and reoprted it lost in perso. Then charges were allowed up to about 1 month.

Big waste of time for them anyways because my income is exempt (SSI & SSDI).

Wow.  How lucky for you that they offered such an amazing deal.  Sounds like you work for them and are trying to fool people into paying your company for debt they purchased for pennies on the dollar.

this number called me all the time none stop. when i did answer it there is a recording that asks if i am the person they are trying to contact press1 if yes press 2 if not then if u press 2 it hangs up and if u press 1 it then says this is not a tellamarketer and something else and to hold on the line while your call is being directed ounce that is done someone answers asking for your name. after that the person started to ramble about how i owe money for a "loan" i took out which i never did.  then stated that if i didnt pay buy a certain time that i would be going to jail and all this other false info. i then hung up. i found out that this is a scam which we all can figure out but what this person or 'company' does is looks up all your information about you files, blogs, records, anything they can to scare or trap you into giving up money or information that they might not be able to steal off line. this person had information about me that i though only my bank and or close friends knew.
