Claiming I had responded to an online survey relating to work in the health care profession, Joseph asked if I was a citizen.  I said, "yes".  When he next asked for my date of birth, I said, "I have not taken a survey that I can remember, I'm not interested in seeking employment, and I'm not interested in answering any questions."  He then repeated that he was attempting to determine whether I'm qualified for employment and that this conversation would be recorded for quality assurance purposes.  I hung up.

I waited the extra 2 seconds since this was the second time.  It was so and so from such and such company calling about an online survey that I responded to, so, since I haven't done an online survey in years I said goodbye and disconnected.

Answered phone, but no one responded on the other end.
