Unwanted phone number on my 14yo cell phone asking for me. Called 3.times.

Called 25 times on last 2 weeks.  Who pick up random calls on their
cell phone. They are criminals.

this number has called me everyday for a week straight either a  bill collector or some other a***ole

The gentleman stated that he was from Clearview Electric and that my bill should have a 10% reduction.This just happened

I've gotten 3 calls from this number over 2 days.
