I just called them back and asked to be taken off their list.  Usually people use these cash companies and then provide bogus phone numbers.

i did apply for a loan with them now they continue to call my work and my cell i wish they would just stop calling. Secondly they told me i did not qualify for a lone thru them so why all of a sudden i have been approved..

I get calls and text messages from all sorts of phones numbers with people threatning me. they never say where they are calling from.

What you need to do is close your bank account, fast.

I was in need of some money and a friend suggested that I apply to "Signature Loan" which is part of cash central.  I put in all of my info even my bank routing numbers.  All the works.  Then I clicked next.  In less than a second it told me "Sorry, you didn't qualify" .  If this is a legitimate loan company, how can it qualify or disqualify an applicant in less than a second.  I think it was a mistake to apply.  I hope you are right that this is a real company.  I am very concern about my info I just gave out.  

OH MY GOD! I think I made a really stupid mistake here.  I hope you people are legit. I think I need to contact a lawyer.

A rep said he was with this company he was a foreigner who role played other people. Hi paid this loan off this past summer know they have someone saying they are taking me to court.

These people call my direct line at work at least every 45 minutes don't leave a message.  'WHO ARE THEY"

I get 5-8 calls a day from these people. How do u stop this

It could be that someone you know borrowed and gave your name as a contact person. They may not be able to reach the client so they're calling you to try and reach the client.

This number called my business, and I have no business with them.  I don't want your services - leave me alone!!

I too owe them and I am not denying that, but right now I cant afford to pay them. I just want them to stop calling my job and call my home number or cell. Can I stop them from calling my job?

I received a call auto message from CashCentral PayDay every day please in my cell phone this have to Stop. I have no business with this Company.

I received 15 calls from this number Monday, 19 on Tuesday, and so far today I've received 9 and it is only 10:45 am. I believe this falls under the definition of "excessive calls" and should not be allowed.

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act can be enforced in at least three different ways:

   * States may initiate civil action against offending companies on behalf of their citizens.
   * Complaints may be filed with the Federal Communications Commission, which has the power to assess penalties against parties in violation of the TCPA.

If you haven't been paying your bills then you probably have a little extra cash around so spend a little of it and get some good advise from a bulldog debt attorney and weigh your options.  Maybe you can negotiate with the original creditor (but there may be tax considerations when paying less than you actually owe, so that's why a atty and/ot a tax pro is important to plan your actions.)  In some cases, you may have to drop the BK bomb on the these scum-sucking collectors or maybe the SOA has expired on the debt. Never talk about money or debt on the phone and tell them that.  Even if it's to "verify your identity" have them send whatever they have to say in writing to the address tat they have on record - don't verify it, they *should* have it if they'r legitimate.  But be sure to deny the debt until their correspondence can be reviewed.  Once you have their address, send them the C&D letter with return receipt so they an either decide to sue you or sell the account to an even lower bottom-feeder...

I got a couple phone messages from this company "about my account" & took the recommendation from m4m. I went to their website, cashcentral.com , & used the online chat. They told me who they were looking for & when I told them I have never heard of her, they removed my number from their info. Very simple & painless.

If this company is legit, they need some customer service training. Calling from untitled numbrrs & NEVER EVER leaving a message is not professional!

This company may be legit, however they have called my cellphone for over a month and have never left one message. The times I do answer nobody's responds.

This is a legitimate company doing legitimate business. If they are calling you and not leaving a message, it is likely because they do not want to load up you voice mail with more than one message a day, so that they may call again later and leave a message. In regard to Regina's comment, if they are calling you and you do not have business, call them and ask them to look up your number (it will likely come up on a caller id) and for whom they are calling for, if it is not you, you do have the right to ask them to remove the number, and they likely will have it removed in 24 hours. If you do have business with them, then clear it up. In regard to Rosie's comment, many businesses use several phone numbers for different forms of business. In regard to ck's comment, if they are calling and the debt was already repaid, have your son call them and provide evidence of the repayment, they will and are required to review any dispute. I would surmise the calls are not from commissioned salespersons, but from authorized agents looking to settle the debt, IMHO.

These folks call my number trying to get in touch with my son.  He had a loan from Cash Central but it was paid off along with their ludricus intrest rate three months ago.  However, they keep calling.  I suspect that the callers work off of a commission and that the list is never updated.

They call my phone too. From different numbers.

This number calls my cell phone, I don't answer, but did a quick search and it's "Cash Central". I've never had any business with them, don't know why they call.
