Calls me at the same time EVERY DAY, 10:50 AM,  I answer and they don't say a word, but I can tell they're still on the line. ANd then they hang up, other times I let it go into voicemail and they leave no messages.

I just called from this number at 1:19 today. I have no idea who they are they didn't even leave a message, but I've been getting a whole bunch of calls lately.

Got the same call with no one there, called back and it asked for my number to be removed

If youd like email me your name and number and i will send a complaint to the FTC with all of our names and try to kill these ilegal telemarketers to stop there illegal tactics.

It is an automated Robo Call which really makes me mad, and im going to file a complaint about them to the FTC. Its a debt consolidation company, using a robot asking you to use there service.


In addition to the legal action the against robocallers, the FTC will begin enforcing a new rule restricting prerecorded calls. This rule, effective September 1, 2009, prohibits telemarketers from making robocalls to consumers unless those consumers have agreed in writing to receive the calls. The new requirement is part of amendments to the agency?s Telemarketing Sales Rule that were announced a year ago. Under the new rule, most sellers and telemarketers who transmit prerecorded messages to consumers without their prior written agreement will face penalties of up to $16,000 per call. There are some prerecorded calls that will not be subject to the new rule, such as those that deliver purely ?informational? messages, and calls from politicians, banks, telephone carriers, and most charitable organizations.

just got the same call, and same message as jps. guess today is the first day of their scam huh, whatever it is.

Same thing happened to me from (269) 768-2671.  Same date as well, just a couple of hours later.

i missed their call and when i called back it was a woman's voice saying "to be removed from the list please enter your ten digit telephone number" i hung up.
