Have also received this harassing phone call - does not leave message - does not reply when I answer.  When I call back, it is reported by Verizon that the number is disconnected.  Called Verizon...they say it is not their phone.  Called Attorney General's office....they referred me to the FTC.   I am sick and tired of this idiot business and these idiot people for bothering me!

I don't thinks so i dont have a cell and i get calls.. I what a day and call it back and it is not i services . most likey a tela trying to sell you something.... also if you do not this you can go to donot call dot gov it is the national do not call List they can call you and they can get in trouble

got a call 11:12 am from supposed electric company , NOT.....I said to the guy on the phone we are on the no call list,and your call is being recorded...he hung up....Iam really pissed that we keep getting calls from a holes like this...so far the no call list seems to make calls more accessible...

this is a company that supplys electricity to your carrier if you wait about 10 sec. someone will answer I get these calls everyday if I could iwould strangle them they will not stop calling idont want to change my electric supplier leave me alone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FBI OR DHS FROM Verizon company  . When I asked to speak,nobody and the phone was hanged up.

He called my house at 8am that he started work and at 5pm  that he finished work.  and showed his name is
"v42006044300011"  and "v41921482900011"

This is some sort of a utility company fraud.  They asked me if I use Public Service Electric and Gas and if I wanted to save money.  I said Yes and I told them I wanted to record this call so I had all the information for this big savings.  The jerk hung up.   When will we have some peace from this lunacy???   Every night call after call.

Receiving a call at my office number - no message, just hang ups - several times a day.

I just got a call from this number and he is a foreigner who I had a hard time understanding, and he said something about the call being recorded, and then he said "you get your electric bill through Common Wealth, is that correct?"  And I said, no, I don't and told him not to call here again.  I didn't really understand him.

got a call this am in regards to my to my com-ed bill and don't use com-ed. Man quickly hung up on me.

They are either using a Voice Over IP service that allows them to spoof callerid with any number they like, using a legitmate number but have the autodialer set to show an invalid numer or they are using an outbound only business line.

Did not get to the phone in time to answer; however, attempted to call back and received message "# not in service".  How do these people make calls from a "# not in service?

I don't have Verizon and I don't owe anyone money, and they call my phone every day......three times today!

We have Verizon prepaid plans. Got a call from this number today. Since we gave Verizon our home phone (unlisted) when purchasing our prepaids, we have gotten spammed mercilessly with nuisance calls!! This, of course, after promising us our phone number was "only for them."

Don't believe this is a bill collector in our case, but could be some form of harassment to say the plan is low on funds.

Left no message, I don't use and am not a customer of Verizon. Put them on my block list.

I do not use Verizon and received a call from this number.

Do you use Verizon as a phone carrier?

I'm 95% sure this is a collection agency used by OR a part of VERIZON WIRELESS regarding late payment on a bill.  
IF ANYONE ELSE COMES TO THIS PAGE ABOUT THIS NUMBER, PLEASE POST IF YOU USE VERIZON SO WE CAN HAVE A MORE CERTAIN ANSWER.
