There is no such failure to cooperate language pertaining to telephone surveys in the the consent form.  You, Justin, are full of -----!  This org is a scam to try from OVERSEAS to obtain personal info from senior citizens.  If legit, "thoroughbred research"  was legit they need to comply with the do not call laws of the US.  More over I will never buy any thing or donate anything to any org or person who calls me and interrupts my day .

I received a call from this number with Wilkerson A** in the caller ID. . .no message and no answer when I try to return the call.

I have received two calls from WILKERSON A** in the last 3 days (although I am on the No Call List)I did not answer as I did not recognize the name and they declined to leave any messages

Well.. In case any of you don't understand why they keep calling, let me explain...


1. They (thoroughbred research) are in fact a research company hired by your US government to conduct MANDATORY surveys about your medicare and medicaid use.. The longer you "don't answer", or treat an hourly employee like s*** when they are just doing there job.. well, the longer you will receive somewhat persistent calls.. But worry not, If you fail to do the Federally mandated survey, which you signed a consent form for the last time you went to the doctor, (recently), then they will just cancel your medicade for failure to comply.

I received yesterday two calls from the 270 area code but two different tel. numbers: 985-1110, 631-0300 and both had on the caller ID Thoroughbred Re. First number I answered and the woman wanted to talk with my husband about Medicare. I said he is not home and later I hung up the phone.
While we were out, on the caller ID I found the second number with the same name, but no message on the machine.
Hopefully they will not call anymore.

I keep receiving calls from this number on my cell phone after 6:00pm after I no longer answer it unless I recognize the caller.  I have received a bunch of these calls and I am sick of it! I am on the "no call" list for both my home phone as well as my cell phone. My husband checked out this number and said it was a marketing type caller but I don't know for sure.  The only thing I know for sure is I want them to stop calling!

Have received at least 2 calls within a 12 hour period from 270-643-0222.Left no message when I didn't answer.  When I did answer they held the phone for at least 90 seconds and then hung up.  What a nuisance and I am reporting this to the phone company.  What about you.

Received 2 calls that I answered and they immediately hung up.  I am on the no call list and if this is a telemarketer, they are in violation.  I have recieved other calls that went to my voice mail and they left no message.

They have called every night around 6:25 PM for almost a week. Answering machine gets call & they don't leave a message.

Got this one about 7PM this evening, and didn't answer - Amazingly, when I call them back, they don't answer either!

Yes I received that call too with "Henderson KY" on id caller and tired to call back it was ringing so I call 711 information asking for another # from that # and the location of Henderson the Opr gave me the another # (270) 643 0222 and behold! They ans the phone and id'ed as Wilkerson Assooc. I told them no more call to my # and they hung up on me and they called me the next day!

Thanks Tired of these phone calls. I think I will start the email and call backs also. They have been calling for days.

Same thing here, caller ID with their phone number, no message, no answer. Since they have a website and contact information, maybe emailing the VP would  help get this stopped. Maybe he won't like his inbox flooded with emails.

I repeated "please identify".
The entity at the other end of the line said they are doing a Medicare survey.

I told them to not call the number again.
Of course they have done so 5 times in the last 24 hours at all times of the day.

It sounds persistent enough to be a telemarketing scheme or phishing.

I've been getting calls from this number multiple times a day.  I finally answered this morning but someone hung up on me.  Any advice on how to stop this?  Thanks.
