This is a SCAM! These people try to get access to your computer and steal your information. We got this call twice today from some guy with a heavy Indian accent. He mutter something about a virus and Windows, to which I replied, "Sir, I have a Mac."
He hung up immediately after that

I got a call from this number, the guy had a thick indian accent and could not really communicate. Sounded like he was on a cellphone, there was wind and some people talking in the background.
He was mumbling something about windows and windows users, I asked him how he knew I was a windows user (because I am not), he eventually hung up.
Pity, I would not mind teasing him some more :)

And now again not even 30 minutes later another call from a 274 area code number. This time 274-790-0201. Friggin' annoying!

I also had a hang up call from this number this morning and another one from 274-790-0186. When I tried calling back using Google phone I get a recording saying the number is not in service. How the heck are calls being permitted to ring through on people's lines that are unregistered numbers. If this isn't illegal already, it should be!

had 2 back to back calls from 274-790-0192 and 274-790-0205. The first number I spoke with an mid-eastern man with a VERY thick accent and he must not be able to communicate in english well or could not hear! Wanted me to give an estimation of errors in my windows application logs.....let on that he was from Windows........ then asked to hold and put on with a "supervisor". He started to ask me to go through the same exercise again and I asked which company he was calling from, and he stated A-Logic. Seemed like a deceptive marketing tool to get you to subscribe to some data / antivirus management program, etc. I told him that I was NOT interested (as I already have someone that I trust, and know!) and instructed them to take us off their list and that I was hanging up now. Doesn't seem on the "up and up!"
