I am sitting in the Hospital room being interviewed by a Neurologist, because of a medical condition. The phone rings, he answers the phone tells the caller he is a Doctor and he was interviwing a patient, which was me. So he ask them to call back in 35 to 40 minutes, they caller acts as if they couldn't understand what the Dr. was saying, so he hands me the phone. I say hello who Im I speaking with she says I am calling from Global Mediation. I say excuse me Ma'am but I am in the hospital and I am talking with the Neurologist. I will call you back, she then tries to over talk me. I hang up the phone. She then call back several times, and then she calls my cellular phone. They also called the day before. Still was in the hospital, I attempted to ask what company do they represent, they will not tell me. So in return I will not give them any information.How can I stop this or at least get them to identify the company they are representing?
