You can complain all you want....it will make you feel like you have done something. The fact of the matter is the DNC list is a joke and there is NO amount of complaints that will get any action taken against these pricks. If the FCC had any balls at all they would of shut down a whole bunch of these scam calls....but they don't so we are stuck with all the calls. I would suggest any type of blacklist... either with you phone or via an app....there are many call blockers on the market, so maybe 59.00 is worth your peace of mind

Didn't answer 'cause I didn't recognize the #, glad I didn't when I read these comments.  I'm registered on the FCC DoNotCall list so I'm jumping over to file a complaint on that right now

Got a call from this number which said Hou Admiral.  I have never done business with this firm so I called the number given on this site by one poster which is 281-895-8608.  A man named Chuck answered the phone.  I told him I was on the National Do Not Call list and I wanted the calls to cease.  I also informed him that if they did not I would file a complaint against them at Donotcall.gov.  Everyone who is on the Do not call list needs to file a complaint and maybe these calls will stop.

Got a call at 10:35am from "HOU ADMIRAL" (per Caller ID).  Asked to speak to someone in the house, and when asked them to identify themselves, the man said "Houston Admiral Air Conditioning."  

When told that person didn't live here, he wanted to know if I was the owner.  I said no, and he said it was the 'wrong number then' and hung up.

This is Admiral Air Conditioning in Houston.  They are using an autodialer and a database of local Houston numbers.  Their actual phone number is 281-895-8608.  Call them back at this number repeatedly and hang up.  I recommend using a Google Talk phone number, which is free and which always displays the same number on caller ID,  and plugging this number into it.   Spend a few minutes everyday calling and hanging up.  This will also tie up their phone line if enough people do it....  A denial-of-service, phone style, so to speak.

It is Admiral AC Co.  They quoted me and, like above, were nearly double anyone else.  Went elsewhere and they don't seem to understand that or have anyone with the technical know how to correct it.  When they actually reach me, they tell me that I am overdue for my service and I tell them I have a company that is actually in good standing with the BBB and to take me off their list...works for a while and then they call again like maybe I forgot what an "F" rating in the BBB means.

These a holes don't really care that there's a do not call list they just call anyone any time they want. Sometimes a few times a week. You can't even redial the number that shows on the caller ID because they know they shouldn't be calling people, u can't even track the number without putting two and two together with the name on the CID.

This number shows up at my answering machine three to four times a day.  I call it back and it is always busy.

I keep getting calls from 281-377-0510, identified as Houston Admiral. I will report to both the state and federal agencies because I am on the no call lists of both.

They call every week. Very annoying. I am on the "do not call list" but they call anyway.
I guess I need to report them, since it's non stop.

Called, first time, but I did not answer since I never answer calls from numbers I don't know. A good policy. Just imagine, if everyone did that, it would put autodialers out of business!

Admiral Services is the name of the company.  They did some a/c repair and replace work in my home many years ago and invoiced me several hundred dollars more than the estimate or what I signed off when the work was complete.  When I balked they harrassed me continuously. I contacted all of the tv station consumer advocates and state attorney general - then they backed off and even rebated me some of my money. I remember after Tropical Storm Allison flooded Houston in 2001 the owner of Admiral was calling in to the TV stations covering the disaster urging people on live TV to turn their insurance settlement checks over to him so he could do their work and other peoples' too. Most dishonest comapny I ever had work on my home. They call me monthly at least, and I always tell them why I will never use them again and to take me off their lsit but they keep calling.

Do NOT CALL ME

This ph. # came up on my ph. & both my phones are listed on the 'DO NOT CALL LIST'. I'm still getting several ph.calls, not just this #  and wonder why.

Called tonight at 6:30 (Jan.19, 2011). They asked for husband's name by first name - I said not here - woman said she'd just reschedule the call. So I know to not answer - what a nuisance!

Got another autodialer call after not being harassed for about a year.  It's rude to ring my number, get an automated transfer and then no one answers.  I called their other listed number -  (281) 895-8608 - spoke to someone named Chuck, and clearly explained that it needs to stop immediately.  I bet they will call again, or my cell or 2nd line within the next hour.

I gets calls constantly.  They don't say anything, just hold phone then hang up.  I found out this is a non published landline, out of Bammal, TX.

These people call everyday sometime 2 or 3 times.  Caller ID show Houston Admiral.  Leave no message they are wasting their time as we will not answer phone so they mihgt as well quit calling.

They call infrequently, but calls go back several months. Don't know who they are or what they want as our standing policy is we never answer a number we don't recognize. That's what answering machines are for. If they're using an auto-dialer, minimal effort for them, and a mild nuisance for me.

Called this morning, when I answered my connection was instantly transferred to another "ringing" line.  I waited, the line picked up no one said anything. I waited for 30 seconds (longer than I should have) no one came on.  Proceeded to investigate through this website, which in Great!!

HATE SALES CALLS!!

This is a harassment number.
They are an A/c out fit - I got a quote about 5 years ago and they semm to think they can call whenever they like - 3-4 times a week.
The charge double what anyone else in the area charges.
Tell them to go away!

There's no such thing as a "brand new number"  Numbers get re-issued.  The caller may be looking for the person who had the number before you got it. Or the caller could be using an auto-dialer and calling every number in your area code and exchange.

Called my brand new comcast number. they must get a list from camcast of new numbers in the area.
