I believe this number was used in concert with 281-658-5864 to set up a theft by deception scheme. The 281-658-5864 number was used to set up a phony purchase order requiring a proprietary product for its completion. Then the 281-415-1091 number was used as the sole source for that product.

B&L Materials, or Robert Randall Long of Houston, nailed us for $30k. I feel foolish, but at least I'm not the Governor of Texas. He must feel 100 times more foolish than me. At least I only lost my money, his lethargic response to having Bob Long operate out of his state for so many years, has cost the people of Texas and the rest of the country alot more than that. If I ever aspire to be a con artist, I'm setting up shop in Houston, TX.

Ben;
Robert Long that you mention may be the same guy talking to us. Does he claim to have the facility in Tomball, TX? Is it for Thermal Spray work?
You mentioned Robert Long in relation to another number 281-380-2167.
Can you give us some background help, please? Thank you.

It's a scam. The company was called B&L Welding Materials. The company doesn't exist.
