Got a call but hung up before I could get to it. Called back and it was a robotic sounding message about a free prescription card.

I called it back; robot recording for "free prescription card", if I give them my name, address, etc. left a message: "I received spam from this number. Stop it." I don't expect it to do any good, but, oh, well.
Is this how autodialers get away with it now? by just hanging up?
