U people are some clueless souls smh

I recieved a call from claim assist group.....when i try to put my number on there block list they hung up on me.....so i try again and they hung up on me again.....they will not let block my number and i don't even know how they got my name or phone number....

Got my first call from a Valerie. Wasn't very professional at all.I asked where was she calling from she said South Florida my phone said she was calling from Atlanta Georgia.10000 red flags came up she gave me a website to go on and check to see whether she was legit. I'm waiting for my next call from this company. I will find them and I will get the job done.I am the last person they want to call.

Calling day and night

Just got a call from them I answered "tired of getting calls from them." They asked if anyone in my family was going to get Social Security and if any one had a hip replacement. I told them not interested and just hung up on them.

So did you ever file any legal action?  

I just got a new phone number 2 weeks ago and the telemarketing recording calls me 6-7 times per day.  I finally said Yes to someone in my household being disabled because I wanted to speak to a live person to ask them to stop calling.  The guy sounded like he was from Russia and kept calling me sir (I am not a man).  He said he would stop calling.  Recorded call was ID Health Services and the live call was ClaimsAssistGrp.  

I provided this information and the 2 phone numbers via a complaint to the DoNotCall Registry.

If it is a collection agency...stop calling! I pay my bills and have a good credit score! They call almost everyday 2-3 times a day and leave no message.

After a number of calls they made from 404-891-5643 and I only got 'Goodbye', I finally answered and got someone to speak to me today and found out what they wanted. They don't have any information they can use against me but still..I don't like the fact at all that they are setting me up to gain more from me to use me. Fake companies like this one only make me lose more faith and trust in small businesses and the whole ideal behind this country.

I don't want this number call me

I've received numerous call from #404-891-5643 these past few day. The caller hasn't left a VM until today which I found very disturbing. The VM he left was of him making moaning sounds...

I asked him to call back in 10 minutes because I wanted to check out the company online before giving out any personal info. It's two days later and I have not heard from them yet!!!

Answer the phone and ask them to take you off there list DUMB F****

My boyfriend recently had a stroke and I have been filling out paperwork on his behalf at the hospital for federal assistance / medicaid etc.  I thought the call was legitimate and gave them personal information about my boyfriend, they claimed to be an advocate service for SSI.  I am worried they'll be able to steal the infomation I gave them in order to obtain his SSI information.  They called using a 1-855-858-5544 number and claimed to be calling from Deland, Florida from Hill and Ponton, P.A. Law practice, but when I called the number back later in the evening the answering machine said Advid and Advocate?  They initially called using the 404-891-5643 number and said a law agency would be calling me back shortly.  Please respond back in how I can prevent the caller from using the information I gave him illegally or how I can report this number.

Yes, this is obviously a group of scammers. I broke my foot in May, and started receiving calls from 971-891-5661.
The big question in my mind is...How did these people get my number? Did someone(s) hack the hospital system to find out about my injury? Anyway, I am (and hope you are) too smart to give ANY confidential information. Call the 409-891-5643 number, and you will be given the option to be placed on their "do not call" list. I just did this today, so we will see. As others have stated, if this was a legit/legal company, you would not be going through this hassle. What a world...what a world!!!

Great work.  How did you track them down and determine that the same people behind the calls are the same particular people at 1515 S. Federal Highway?  I'm trying to track them down, too, but I don't want them to be able to deny they are the ones behind the prerecorded calls I received.  I see a Nevada company named "Claim Assistance Group, LLC" on the FL Secretary of State website registered by George T. Hawes, 772 NE 71st, Boca Raton, FL 33487.  Is this the same entity, I wonder?

they called me too,, like 8-9x a day,, finally answered it,, they asked for some information, so i gave them some,, like address and email,, but i know now just to hang up,, why do sorry axx people start up deals like this,, get a life and a really job,, this is what crap we dont have to deal with in the world,, boy do i feel like a axx,, watch out for these people
