Got a call from this number.

I called the number, it is a Montesorri School, probably from the Houston Area (area code returns to Addicks, TX). Not untypical either, There are website wehre ylu can go to to "spoof" your phone number to have caller ID of the receiving phone register whatever number you put in. Should be illegal, but it's not. Yes I am a real Detective, actually working white collar/computer crimes in the North Texas Area as well so this is up my alley. Glad to see the group so far has not fallen for it. There are hundreds, if not thousands that do every day.

I got the same automated message. Press one to enter your card number. Ummmm NO... Nice try. Try using a more updated computer next time. this was very old speech technology which was my first tip off.

Got this same call telling me my debit card was deactivated, to reactivate touch one. I touched one, then it asked for me to touch in my debit card #. If they were indeed my bank they would know my #. I hung up and redialed and got a busy signal. Sure it's a scam to get bank account #'s.
