I hung up because I suspected a scam.  These pests have been known to call from various telephone numbers in Austin (512-206-4454, 512-491-9117, 512-637-9379), Houston (281-477-0812, 281-488-9752, 281-580-1092, 281-580-1152, 281-580-3622), San Antonio (and maybe Dallas) Texas.  They can be rude and demanding if not threatening on the phone.  See

I have received phone calls several times.  They're always wanting donations.  I've believe it's some sort of a scam.
