Still getting the scam calls too, I don't answer anymore. Sometimes you have to wonder how governments can have super spy computers that monitor billions of calls at once, yet they can't figure out how to triangulate where these con calls come from. Lame.

I received several calls from this # - left no message - we have not had any business with Sprint since 1998, 16 years ago - did not answer any of their calls - we had 5 line account with Sprint in 1998 - I know we don't owe them any money, as to keep and transfer our old phone numbers, all bills must be paid in full, so this seems more like some sort of solicitation. I would rather use 2 tin cans and a string for communication before I would use Sprint service again.

Also for those of you who say this is sprint, I do not have sprint. These guys are just using sprints phone number as a cover.  

The caller ID on this number was "united states" lol when i answered nothing but silence and second call no msg was left

I got call from this number and I didn't answer because I didn't recognize. No message left. I don't have Sprint service so I'm guessing this is a scam.

I got 2 calls from 888-211-4727 at midnight last night with no one there when i picked up!

Please prosecute whoever is making  these abusive calls from this number!

Sprints rep from the Phillipines trys to explain my bank has returned my checks. but she was not in illinois to apply my checks as they are registered with Justice for contract issuing reasons. Banks address appears on the bottom of the checks. She cannot apply them from the Phillipines or has just pocketed Sprints money for my payments. you can title this one NO HABLA INGLES RUINS AMERICAN's CREDIT REPORTS FOR CASH ONLY. POSSIBLY STEALS SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS AND THEN WANTS TO CHARGE CUSTOMER $85.00 FOR AN ITEMIZED BILL FOR CUSTOMERS P&L ITS STATEMENT. SORT OF TIRED OF TELEPHONE PATCH THROUGHS FROM COMMUNICATIONS COMPANIES THAT HAVE NO IDEA OF THE LAWS, CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH, OR CLAIM NOT TO BE ABLE TO SAY THE WORD RECENT...INSTEAD SAYS THE WORD REGENT. So, I see all these posts and it's funny they all seem to indicate this number is Sprint because I DON'T HAVE SPRINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They called FOUR times in less than a minute.

This phone number uses extortion to try and collect money for itself.

There has been a billing debate for months. Young lady was in the Phillipines last time i spoke to them. She is not aware that itemized bills do not cost $85.00 a piece, but cannot send one of those so I can do my year end p & l. If she was a legitimate Sprint rep she wouldn't be asking or telling people it costs $85.00 to get an itemized bill. The worse part about it she had my credit card numbers and my bank account numbers.

Her and her pirates can be heard speaking another language in the background, so my cell phone number is lost on someone's computer. Then they think they want to call you with (toll Free Cable Service) to hide out. Sprint itself couldn't get on-line and neither could the doctors office at the time. I guess when their systems crash they crash but good.

Hardly worth it, then someone patches through on the sis's home phone and asks for the social as if to ruin yet another credit report.

Secretary of State or Attorney General of Illinois, we'd certainly appreciate it if toy can "order for service" without started a church service. Bye Bye to Sprint.

I terminated my contract with SPRINT.  I disputed my termination fee because my service was 10 times worse than analog in 1992 and they basically told me to f@$# off. I paid my termination fee.  Why are they still calling me. They are like a never ending nightmare. I'm warning you... DO NOT EVER sign on with SPRINT.  I guarantee you'll be sorry.

This was SPRINT cell phone,  telling me that my cell phone bill is due.  So l was able to pay my bill and kept it from getting suspended.

Just found out Michigan, Ohio, and possibly Illinois share a power grid. Supposedly in June of 2013, they had a power outage affecting many people. Hopefully they got their problem solved.

Wierd thing about it, I'm set up for Paper Billing so usually pay at the billing address with a check made out to cash-Sprint.

I have a hard time believing its a Texas phone number, when the billing address and phone number are right on the bill.

I had no service whatsoever while visiting someone in Michigan, and my bill was paid by credit card. They need to get their act together. I have no idea if there are anti-trust litigations pending for sprint, as some have said this is an AT& T phone number. The worse part about it there was no Sprint company even near where i was located.

These phone companies are going from bad to worse.  Some times people that work for these phone services bump you to another company...more than likely to appear they ARE CREATING NEW ACCOUNTS.. NOT A GOOD IDEA.

It's the sprint customer service number. They use this same number for sprint, boost and virgin mobile. All three companies are nothing more than a big waste of money.

This # is definitely a SPRINT # people.  I had/have an on going problem that Sprint will do nothing about.  I was told by a rude "Johnny" at Sprint that his mgr would call me back on the mgr's line.  When "Charles", an even more rude/crude supposedly Sprint mgr, called me back it was on this #.  Don't kid yourself.  If your being called by this # it IS Sprint.  Which tells me if your rec'ing harassing calls late at nite with no one on the line but music it is someone at Sprint thinks it's cute to do this to Sprint customers.  A nano sec after my contract is up I will be gone from Sprint and I will NOT sell my soul for a contract again.  NO  MORE CONTRACTS.  Have you noticed 9 X's out of 10 when you call you don't even get the msg that "this call is being monitored for quality"?  That is because corporate Sprint does not give a rats a** about quality.  Just #'s and $'s.  NO MORE CONTRACTS.

got a call from this number and it is Sprint they called over and over would not leave message I was at work and not answer phone . I have terminated with this joke of a cell phone company due to dropped calls and chopped conversations which you could hear every other word if lucky. Got tired of their excuses yet expected me to keep paying outrageous phone bill for the no service . I would never recommend this company have gone to Verizon and surprise on dropped calls, very clear conversations.

I got a call from 888-211-4727.  When I answered there was no one on the line, even after I said "Hello" several times, nor was there any music or background noise.  I hung up, and a minute later saw that I had voicemail. It was Sprint customer service letting me know that a dispute over the refund of contract cancellation fees would be resolved in my favor.  She spoke very quickly (as if she'd done it a thousand times) but gave me all the information I needed and left a different number that I could contact if I had any questions about the refund.  Maybe Sprint uses a service that intentionally sounds like nobody's there so they can get to your voicemail box to leave a message without dealing directly with customers.  Mine was good news, but I imagine someone getting a negative response would have a few choice words for the service rep, extending the length of the call.  I'm not saying it's a great way to do business - they should always identify themselves and take it on the chin if necessary - but they probably spend a lot of time fending off angry customers.  Why talk to them if they can just leave a message?  BTW, the Call Type question does not include either "Other" or "Customer Service" so I called it an "Unknown" type. Nothing really fits.

I received sever aclls from this number (1-888-211-4727) just today. Two voice msgs left  stating it was SPRINT and asked for "Ruth" to return call as they were trying to activate phone. Also received a text msg asking me to call 404.

I did pick up on one of the calls. The representative asked for Ruth and I said you have the wrong number. She then stated sorry and thank you for asnwering. 5 minutes later my Voice Mail was wiped out and I had to call my carrier to reset.

Got a call last night at 10:45 from this number! I get up at 4AM, so I was sleeping and not to happy. They asked for Mr. Lee. I've had this number for year and I'm not Mr. Lee. I told them wrong number and hung up. Who the heck calls at that hour?????
