Constant calls and when you call back only music and asked to leave a message. After some research I found that this number belongs to a Debt Collection Agency and it is a spoofed number. Its an invalid number in order to mess with your caller ID. It belongs to MCIMETRO ACCESS TRANSMISSION SERVICES LLC

Calls randomly and when you answer there is music playing. If you call back, it rings once and then goes silent.
