HP Debt Exchange (www.hpdebtexchange.com) is behind the HP Locate calls.  I would encourage everyone who is getting these harassing HP Locate calls to call HP Debt Exchange at (972) 996-5100 and give them a piece of your mind.  I call them up and call them every name in the book until they hang up on me!  And I call them 10 times for every 1 time that they call me or any of my friends or relatives.

Female with strong accent, identifying herself as a Private Investigator with HP Locate (no record on Google) asking for someone I don't know - insisted that I did know them and I terminated the call

Called my cell, seeking a "Mario Gomez"and somehow had access to an old address for my business.
