This guy Tom Carmichael called me last night (Aug29,2012) - no message - from 281-550-2825. Harrassing people for years is unacceptable (I see these posts go from 2008). Something needs to be done. Please post who to call/email about this problem. I am willing to put in another complaint about this guy until something is done, or he stops.

This clown calls and does not leave a message.  It appears he is owns som sort of construction company and refuses to follow both state and federal law.

It's time to shut him down.

Excellent work. His house is less than a mile from my office. My boss is on the BOD of the HOA there and I deal with the management company on a regular basis (I used to run their website for my boss). I'll have a talk with both of them about this guy.

If they have filed against him, I'm sure he doesn't pay.

BTW, I called his home number and got an answering machine.

I bought a Panasonic phone at Wal-Mart, 69.99, it has an answering machine and an extra cordless phone you can plug in to another room, sorry don't know the model number.  But, it has a feature on it where you can enter phone numbers you want to block, and it gives them a busy signal when they attempt to call you.  I entered the number that is calling me from "Tom Carmichael" and several other numbers and it works beautifully, I highly recommend everyone buy this phone to end this frustration.  I am not advertising this phone, just an irritated consumer who is sick of the texas no call list not working for me.

He used to call previously via auto dialer and leave automated messages.  I filed complaint with the registry to no avail, so eventually just blocked his # since it's a local one.  It's been awhile with no contact, but he's now just called again with a new # (281-550-3154 no message this time, though) and after a search I found this site.  I filed another complaint pointing to the attorney general website linked to above (thanks for that!) and hope they finally do something given the history.  What's the purpose of the registry if people can just violate it for 4 years with what amounts to a slap in the wrist  ($15k total in penalties, he probably makes that back with a couple of suckers that call him back from this blind-call approach).  Throw him in jail for 6 months and a few hundred thousand $ fine and maybe he'll stop the harassment.

Well it appears that this has been going on for a while looking at the dates on many of these posts.  I just filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry and hope that this man is stopped.  The number he used was 281-855-2857.

We've been getting calls from this pest for over 2 years.  Latest call was this afternoon 04/04/2011, from the number 281-855- 0219.  Just reported him...

This guy keeps calling to my house every day.

Just got a call from this scam of a clown!  So glad I looked his name up and thankful for y'alls information about this scam artist.  Interesting that he's using a different phone # yet again!!  This time the number he's using is : 281-855 7593, so now we've got his phone number, home address and his email addy!!  What can we possibly do with all this information?!  heh heh

He was fined by the state of Texas for calling people that are not on the call list. My mother got scammed by him and I am sorry to say that. Please if any one is out there that has had trouble with this guy please give me the name and forwaed that person to me...jcwalden1964@yahoo.com

I have occasionally received a call listing Tom Carmichael and one of the numbers listed here, on my caller ID, with no message. The name a familiar ring to it so I kept it but didn't call back. Thanks to these postings I can delete it.

I can't stand these calls either--they're incessant..   I'm on the Do Not Call list, but that doesn't seem to matter.  He's the last person I'd ever hire!

this person has no sense of respect!! he does not have any interest in a no call list. he has no number to call back to have him stop calling you.

I just got a call from 281-855-2857 (Tom Carmichael on caller ID.)  Looks like he is still calling and bothering people.  Looking at the dates of the postings, seems to be going on for years.

Rec'd a recording call from 281-550-0171 saying it was Tom Carmichael Contract Services.  Went to multiple phonebooks & found no business by that name, then Googled the name & found this complaint blog.  I filed a complaint to the Natl Do Not Call Registry giving this URL as a reference for all the different phone numbers & business names he uses.

I called his homeowners association, Hearthstone Subdivision Home Owners Association, and the management company PCMI [Telephone Number: (281) 870-0585] just now, and was told just days ago, PCMI received a similar complaint about Tom Carmichael operating a business from home. I will report to the state and national no-call-list sites now. He has been calling my house for year. The latest number he called from was 281-550-8473. Texas attorney general in 2008 sued and fined him. Apparently he doesn't seem to care. Or he's making too much to care about the penalty.

I just received another call from Tom carmichael 281 550-8443 at 1:30pm today.
This person has been calling me off & on for the past 4 years now hanging up when answered or leaving no messages. Its time to put an end to this person for good!

Caller ID shows Tom Carmichael 281-855-0259 & long history on various internet sites about numerous calls and complaints.  Intellus shows phone is in Katy/Houston TX area and perhaps selling something like building, construction, etc.  If you can block #, simply do so as he/they ignore Texas Do Not Call and Federal Do Not Call Lists.  Will turn into Texas Attorney General as was able to get details through "other" resources.

Same as others, calls come from 281-855-0259 showing Tom Carmichael.  Intellus, if you have subscription, indicates Katy/Houston Texas area and long history of unwanted calls and ignoring Texas & National Do Not Call Lists.  One note states is selling building, construction, something to that effect.
