calls non stop even though i have said i am not the person they are looking for and wish for them to stop harassing me !!!!

I keep getting calls from this number and when I try to call back I get a busy signal... very frustrating!!

I am having the SAME exact problem.  They have been calling for someone else and dialing our #.  This has been going on for 1-1/2 months.  It is Toyota & Lexus Services in Texas.  We spoke to a Mr. Rubio to have him immediately take this # off the list.  I don't have high hopes.  We've requested it before.

This is an identity theft scam.  Caller calles under the name of Toyota Financial Services, then demands payment, hoping the individual that answers the phone owns a Toyota and will provide checking and transit number information.  I had someone call demanding payment, my checking account number and other identifying factors, yet, I do not own a Toyota.

As an Attorney,  I recommend contacting the FBI for all individuals that receive a call from this number.

This is not a scam, it is toyota financial, I received a call & gave them my account number & they were able to pull up all my information, I don't own a toyota, put I have another car financed through tfs, also if you call the main number on your fianance paperwork & ask if this is one of their branch offices, they will tell you yes, so it is not an identity theft scam.

I ment but I have another car financed through toyota financial, fyi Litigater, they do not only finance toyota's they finance all makes, just like gmac finances manufacturers. So if you have a car you are financing Litigater, you might want to check to see who owns the loan.

Who is this? Keeps calling my cell phone.

This is Toyota/Lexus Financial. They called me because of money issue, was late a few months. Legit

I DID own a toyota, that has been re-financed, again I say RE-FINANCED thru my ex (we were joint on it), my name is completely off of it entirely, yet they still call me multiple times per day demanding I make a payment on the vehicle.  *sigh*

Jesus they call me from 3 diferent numbers 24 hrs a day, if i do not know the number specialy out of my area, i don take the call.
and check who owns the number and added to my reject list

Ha Ha Ha... I finished paying them this month, all I owe them is 130 in late charges. Their calls have been very persistent. LOL

It is Toyota/Lexus financial services.

I just noticed several postings regarding this number.  They called me requesting an immediate payment for a Lexus.  I do not own one.  They indicated that did not matter, just give them my savings, checking or investment account numbers to resolve the matter.  Demanded information then threatened to send me to jail.  They did not even know who I am when I asked if the knew who they were speaking to.  This was a scary call.

I received a call today of the same nature.  They demanded payment from me from my checking account for someone I do not know.  They were very rude and pushy.  I don't even own a Toyota.

It does appear to be Toyota / Lexus financial services.  I do not own a Totota or Lexus, thank goodness.  They were demanding that I make a payment on someone elses account.  Did not believe me when I told them that I am not the person they were asking for.  I wonder if this is illegal, requesting I make a payment on someone elses account?  Based on the fact that this person had the cell phone number before me?  I thought the recall was bad enough.

We have been receiving phone calls on our cell phone for 1-1/2 months.  They ask for the Hinkles.  We've explained that it is not the correct #.  They keep promising to take us off but it hasn't happened yet.  I just spoke to a Mr. Rubio (Supervisor) who said he will take care of it.  I called back and it is Toyota & Lexus Services in Texas.  We don't have a Toyota either.  We've had it.  What else can we do to make this stop?

I try to call the number back to demand they stop calling, but just get a busy signal. This is illegal.

Have been getting calls from this number as well on my cell phone. I don't own a Toyota. I don't even have a car payment (I pay cash for my cars). My number is on DNC. I will sue.

It's Toyota Financial Services. Do you owe them any money?
