They call me and tell me no one is available to take your call at the moment.....CLICK!!!

Yes this number 281-973-7592 does belong to a Collection agency, Financial Asset Resolution, LLC. I called this # back about an hour ago and talked to a Mrs Johnson. Then I filed harassment charges with the FTC and Missouri Attorney General's office. This company also uses other # from other states to consistently harass people. The Owner of this company is Randy Nay Address is 1305 Wiley Rd, Ste 129, Schaumburg, IL 60159. Company # is 888-959-8878. just empty  space on voice mail I dont answer numbers I dont know and I dont have a phone so why are they calling another family memebers phone we dont know them make them spot please and thanks

Got a call, no one there, & I am here today to report the 26 telephone calls recieved in the last 2 days.They have overloaded my answereing machine & my time .this on a national "do not call" listing for our telephone.

These morons have called us the past 5 months...sometimes they wait a week...and start calling again.  Do they really think after 5 months of no answer - that we are eventually going to pick up....WRONG!  
I don't owe anyone and haven't for years.  My credit is clean.  Hope they enjoy making their long distance phone calls...we aren't ever going to answer.  Total morons!

This is a spoofed number I have the misfortune of the same name as someone who owed debt from back in the 90s -- I also have 3 phones numbers for professional and personal use (all with different area codes) that they got a hold of... so I get calls on all 3 phones from "local" numbers and they are all from the same company which is a violation of the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) I am too busy to look it up at the moment.  

This number is shared by 2 companies  Global and Financial Asset Resolution.

Making the mistake of calling them back to tell them the wrong number just brings on some kid or adult who was abused as a child and thinks talking like he is "Billie Jack" redeems those years of abuse. The calls just continue....  Oh well that is what the send to VM function is for.

They call daily...and I don't answer daily because I read what all of your have written above.  Thanks.  They can keep calling all they want.  I have no bad debts, I don't owe anyone anything/  So why waste my breath!

My number private and when you give it to doctors , medication stores ect they say they never give it to anyone else but then how are people you don't know getting private unlisted number and I do not give it out or nor do i publish it any where online this number calls daily more then once I do not answer it matter fact its reject list now but they never left message of who they were or anything like they have nothing better to do but call all day every day like they need to stop and our private numbers needs to stay just that private please make them stop calling us thank you

Never leaves a message when I don't pick up.  I called the number back.  Spoke to someone trying to negotiate a debt settlement on old debt that cannot be verified.  If it's past the statute of limitations (based on the type of debt & the state you reside in), they cannot sue you for it.  These companies are counting on fooling you to make a small pymt. even just a $1 because this will restart the clock for the statute of limitations due to the acct. activity.  As a result, they can sue you for the unpaid debt, plus fees & interest.  If you don't settle the lawsuit, a garnishment order will be applied to your wages.  DO NOT BE FOOLED by these deceptive practices.  They are paid to use abusive, aggressive and threatening tactics because they cannot take legal action against you.  They will try to collect even if the debt has been settled in bankruptcy.  DO NOT give them any info or agree to a payment or acknowledge the debt.  It's a money making scheme.  They bought this stale debt for pennies on the $ trying to capitalize on consumers not familiar with the FTC's Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

They call all the time every day and they never leave message to say who they are or text to say who they are so I do not answer numbers I do not know and I do  not give my number out but to family friends and doctors and so I should not have any long distance numbers or weird ones coming in so they need to STOP i reported them over and over and I will make them stop please thank you

They call almost every day if you answer and dont say nothing they dont say nothing or it goes to a put you on hold most of the time thing then they just keep calling almost every single day it is a waste of time and if you sick as I am energy to please make them stop private cell numbers are just that private unless we give them out and I dont but family and close close friends that all so i want them to stop calling my number for no reason if important they can leave voice mail and dont.

They call if you answer you go on hold if you dont answer they just keep calling no voice messages left and if you text back to reject message saying please leave voice with who you are and what it is about and if you got the right person someone will call you back it comes back like land line or no good or something pain in but calls all the time.

I have received many calls from this telephone number they never leave a message and when I call them back to find out who it is or what it is about they say we will transfer you to a who called you. When you ask them Who they are they don't tell you.  Too many desperate scams nowadays.

Bill collector for horridly stale debts (as in the last pay on that debt was 9 years ago).  They like to argue when you tell them to cease and desist calling you.  Its the same boobs from 888-959-8878.  This time he says his name is Alex Rios, last time it was Bob Lee.  Just filed complaints with FTC for FCRA failing to cease and desist on calls and FCC for the dead air robocalls

Calls often but every time I answer its dead air. When I don't answer no voicemail is left. I called the number and I was transferred to an Alex Rios's voicemail
