No response.

I have had numerous calls re bad credit and reducing interest.  I hav no credit cards.  Most annoying and I wish I knew how to block these calls.  Do Not Call list is worth nothing, have been on there since day one.

Idiots have been calling here....I never answer calls from those I don't know

Thanks to all that left a message re: this number. I have not been answering it but am getting really tired of getting these calls so often during the day and everyday. I belong to the DNC as well, but to report them you have to have so much info on them, it's easier to just not answer.

Lowering credit card debt message.  Said they had tried to contact me several times, and to press 1 to speak with a sales rep.

Just got a call from 1-289-359-3559.  recieved recorded message saying press 1 to speak to an operator, so I did ask him who he was : he told me his name was Andrew and he was calling from Consumer Advocate, about my credit card balance and he could lower my rates.  So I started to question him how and asked him many times to identify himself and the company he represented.  He started to mumble and then it sounded like he was eating chips then he hung up.  I never give info over the phone and always ask very pointed questions.

They are now blocked.. Idiots  Do not call list is about as much good as nothing.

They called here today, and left the blatant scam voicemail about reducing credit card debt, this is my last warning or whatever. I don't even have any credit card debt. I hate the ppl behind these numbers!!!

I googled the number, and found this page while it was still ringing.
I have call blocked the number now.

This number called today and left an automated message on the machine.  It is a SCAM.  Do not answer.

I suspect they are harvesting credit card numbers. The recording promises to reduce your credit card interest rate and says you must have $5000 in credit card debt and at least one valid credit card. They probably ask for that credit card number.

I pressed one to talk to an operator and the recording said that you cannot be removed from the list by talking to an operator, please press 2 to be removed from the list. Pressing 2 just disconnects you, so you don't bother their operators.

They're operating out of Canada, and they called a Canadian though, so I can get them, as I'm on the DNC.

Called me just now, wanting me to press 1 because I owe $5000 in credit. I don't even have a credit card, and it sounded like a scam.

Called again., These guys don't give up.

Answered. Caller ID says California Nothing there no voice. Just silence. The only way we are gonna get silence is by silencing them. When are we gonna round up these a***oles and put some bullets through their skulls.

I have had a call from these people I look at the number and click my talk button then set the phone down let them do their thing I'm not listening. FYI I have had 16 of these type calls this month and i'm on the do not call list.

Got one too.  Didn't answer.  Must be a new telemarketer.
