i too got missed calls

I have received a phone call to my cell phone just now from this number +2917063956 from africa, ethopia, eritriea date 25-10-12 time 11:15 pm. From the other side of the call the voice was of a lady and a male saying very bad words and disturbing a lot by giving long miss calls. They were indian i suppose because they were speaking hindi. They should be punished for these kind of act by our law as fast as possible and I am not the only one who is suffering even there are others who have given their feelings of helpless on this page you may read them out.

Hi, I got a call from this number early morning yesterday & today. I attended it mistakenly in sleep. Lost Rs. 20 from my talktime. Pls everyone beware. Do not pick up or call back this number. I would appreciate if government can take appropriate action on this.

i got a call from this no at 5 am. when i checked the ISD code it was from some country called Eritrea since i know no one there i did not bother to call back but the calls kept coming more liked missed calls with one ring it annoyed me as it was disturbing my sleep.

I got a call from this no and when i attended it, got disconnected.I thought it was a call for me, when i called back to the number, the call cost 15 rs for just few seconds, since i disconnected immediatly on hearing some  sound from the other end.Why the regulatory authorities are not taking action against the people using this number?.I think the telecom is promoting these people since, the company is getting lot of money since this is an international call.
